Dr. Sarah Niluka Patel

Dr Patel claims to be an expert on restless leg, but she can't even answer the question of how long it takes for the medication she is prescribing to get into your system to work. She refused to help with my insomnia issues. The billing department sends you bills after the due date and charges you a late fee. I have a bill due on 02/22/2022 for $9.70 and they keep emailing me daily for payment since 01/26/2022. The billing staff also lies. They left me a message telling me that the credit card # I gave them didn't go through. I never gave them a credit card # since I had never seen a bill. I'm so glad I actually found a doctor that knows what they are doing.

Dr. Patel is the BEST! She is so helpful and understanding of your situation and is truly here to help you! I really can't say enough good things about her. If you are looking for a good doctor for sleeping issues, you can stop searching.

My initial appointment with Dr. Patel, approximately 7 months ago was very satisfactory. However, I had a follow-up appointment scheduled for November 6th at 11 am. I arrived at 10:43, since I had received a phone reminder several days in advance reminding me of my appointment and to arrive 15 minutes early. This is a 50 minute one way drive. At 11:18after not even have been given acknowledgement that I was waiting, I asked the receptionist if she knew how much longer it would be. She informed me my appointment wasn’t until noon. After showing her my appointment card,she explained she didn’t set appointments and that someone else had made an error, which we all do, she explained, BUT that there were 2 appointments in front of me. By now it is 11:31. Therefore, obviously even my erroneous noon appointment would not be met. I rescheduled for an appointment two weeks in the future. Hopefullly, I will have a better experience with Dr. Patel than with her scheduling front office.
