My personal experience at the doctor's office was distasteful. The front office people did not seem to have any medical training whatsoever and they're taking blood. My major complaint is that the doctor did not listen at all to what I was saying. It just seemed like she was just looking to bill my insurance rather than address my health issues. I contacted my medical insurance and express my concern about being profiled and sent to what amounted to be a clinic. I was immediately referred to a doctor with UCLA Healthbwhere I immediately received care on a level commensurate with my Caucasian co-workers. The office appeared to be a converted food establishment? Very disappointing. I pulled cash out of my pocket and ask for my ID back and just asked him how much I owed them for doing nothing after checking with the doctor they said zero which again is commensurate with the service and care or lack thereof that I received. If I had been billed I assure you my healthcare Network would have contested the billing. Substandard care directed to a lower socioeconomic group with an assumption that I was a member of that group based on my zip code. Great service with a great doctor

I have been a patient of Dr Olelewe for 7 years now. I'm also an RN. She is very knowledgeable and up to date. She is also very compassionate.

Dr. Lelewe was good talking to my grandma and was attentive on her needs, but her front desk lady was so rude, I really wanted to scream at her it seems that she doesn't have no manners at all on how to treat a person. She is good taking blood out but not with her attitude. I was really disappointed on her behalf.

I never met such a wonderful and intelligent Doctor like her! Doctor Olelewe listened to me when I was going thru anxiety and depression due to my mom's illness. Even if she is not the doctor of my mother, she gave me advice, she took care of my whole body and mind. I have been taking my mom to Dr Olelewe over 20 years. I have never met such an intelligent and caring Dr. When my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 aggressive colon cancer, 4 Oncologists basically told us she has 3 months to live at most and they can't even do chemo because its so aggressive. When I called Dr crying, she said, NO she's not going to die. She got us into City of hope. This was over three years ago, and now 58 chemo treatments. She saved her life, many times.
