I have been unsuccessfully trying to find a plastic surgeon to repair damage to my head that I suffered in an ORV accident. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Novis with days of counting the. I really didn’t know what to expect due to my recent experiences with other Sergei so, but I was absolutely impressed by every aspect of her organization. First the consultation was free, The receptionist was extremely accommodating, and most importantly her knowledge is off the charts. I LOVE her!!! Prove yet friendly.. Her education is outstanding! Also in the Medical school Honor society.. I ALWAYS check any Doctor I see. Background, education.... I've been going to her Med Spa for over year. I totally trust her to do future cosmetic surgery!

I had finally found a Dr. that listens and explains everything. So easy to talk to and explains what is going on. I am so sad to hear she is leaving. Thank you Dr. Novis for being a great person. Wishing you the best.

I saw Dr Novis last year. She is an excellent doctor and explained everything thoroughly. I just tried to get an appt and they cannot see me until September. Evidently this practice has taken on too many patients.

Dr. Novis was wonderful with my 15 month old son. He had so many ear infections his first year We were able to schedule his surgery for tubes quickly and he is already talking more. So grateful for Dr. Novis!

What started off as a bad appoinment turned into a great one AFTER meeting the doctor. Yesterday I had my first appointment with her at 1. My husband and I arrived about 20 minutes early just in case I needed to do paperwork. I walked in and the waiting room was empty. The girl behind the glass was staring at the computer. Not on the phone, not really working on the computer just staring. But she ignored us standing right in front of her for FIVE MINUTES. My husband and I are looking at each other wondering what's up. FINALLY she slides the glass. No hello, how are you...nothing. just stared at me. I gave my name and she told me my copays. I gave her my credit card, signed the receipt and she said " the doctor's at lunch so you will NOT be called back till 1!" Very rudely.. Umm, ok. I didn't expect to be called before my appoinment time. I sit down. Then another patient walks in, obviously a regular and she quickly opened the glass and chatted to her. Oh I forgot another lady, i assume that works in the building came and chatted beforehand as well. Anyway she was so friendly to the other patient I began to wonder what she had against me. A few minutes later another girl comes in and sits behind the desk so I guess the second girl was the actual receptionist. Maybe this girl was just filling in at the desk, maybe she was mad she had lunch duty at the desk. No matter what, that did not give her reasons to be rude to me. Next the door opens with a different nurse...yay my time!!! NOPE They took the other lady back first!! Now I'm really starting to get mad and feel slighted. If I'm the first appoinment after lunch why is this woman going back first? So there we sit for another 25 minutes!!! The door opens and just my luck, the rude desk girl is my nurse. She calls my name, my husband comes with me as at times I need him to hold on to with my vertigo. She doesn't tell us where to go so we stand there. Finally she takes off to the back, still not speaking so we follow her. We walk in and she says " get on the scales" ummm ok. Then, "have a seat" After barking orders to me she ask about what is going on, checks my temp and BP and leaves the room. We sit now for another half hour! So at the point our appoinment was over an hour past and we have yet to see the doctor. My husband walks outside to see if we have been forgotten or maybe rude girl didnt check us in. A few minutes later the doctor comes in apologizing. Ok, she is AMAZING!! I honestly wish she was a GP as I would go to her for everything. She asked questions and she LISTENED. I've been lost for 4 months not knowing what happened to me in February when I ended up in the hospital. She explained everything and made me feel hopeful about my future with my new health issues. She left the room to check on the MRI and CT scan I had earlier. She had a nurse come in and test my hearing. Unfortunately it was the rude nurse but luckily I didn't have to carry on a conversation with her for a hearing test. The doctor came back and explained the results and explained to me the next steps to healing me. I truly loved this doctor and she is obviously in the perfect field for her personality. Dr. Novis corrected my vertigo when nothing else worked. She has performed surgery on my sinuses and the result was amazing. She is a wonderful, caring doctor.

Hands down the best ent in coastal SC

I was here yesterday (10/8) and was treated by Dr. Sarah Novis. If I could rate her 10 stars, I would.. Excellent doctor.. I was put at ease right away. She explained everything she did from beginning to end. Highly Recommend Dr Novis..

Absolutely Excellent! She was very kind with my 92 yr old Dad. She went above and beyond to check him for cancer. And even offered to take the wax out of his ears. I have been in the medical field for 30 years and I can tell you you will never find a Doctor as good as Dr Sarah Novis, MD.

Dr. Novis was great with my son! Had his tonsils and adenoids taken out and I couldn't be any happier with how all of it went and how caring for him she was.

Dr. Novis is an exceptional person . Just lessened to AL of my concerns, and followed with exceptional , care and resolving my issues. She explained everything she was doing and why. Also took the time to explain what was needed to help alleviate these conditions again, me in the future.

Dr. Novis is absolutely amazing. She is very receptive and listened to and acknowledged all of my concerns and came up with a game plan to fix it. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

What a blessing she is. Went to the doc for a mole on my face, removed with no scar. Asked her about something on my neck and after a quick needle biopsy, she called for more detailed tests and then sent me to a cancer specialist. After I was referred to a rediation specialist, she returned from a pregnancy leave and called me at home to check on all that had taked place. Such complete concern deserves a real big gold star. I obviously highly her for her patient care and concern.

My husband was on blood thinners and had a nose bleed that would not stop. I took him to the Neighbors Emergency Center where they packed my husbands nose twice. We followed up with Dr. Novis and she informed us that my husbands nose had been broken and his septum deviated. Rather than just try to pack him again she spent the next four hours stopping the bleeds and placing in hemostat pieces to get him on the road to recovery. She was patient with him and kind. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Novis is the best! She is very thorough and spent extra time explaining my diagnosis and treatment options. She contacted me personally with my results. Her staff is very accommodating. I would highly recommend her!

If I could describe Dr.Novis in one word it would be AMAZING. She's just so polite and a listening ear. She took her time with me and answered every question and concern I had pertaining to my sinus infection. When I say I would highly recommend this ENT to others. They won't be disappointed.

I came to Dr. Novis with one of the worst deviated septums imaginable and we were quickly able to schedule a surgery date. As of today its been three weeks since my nose surgury and I'm breathing better than I have in years! She made incision on both sides of my nose and I honestly can't see any scars. She really seems to care about her patients and has changed my life for the better!

Dr. Novis did an excellent job with my daughter's tonsillectomy. She took ample time to explain the procedure and was always ready to answer questions. I would definitely recommend.

She spent a lot of extra time explaining my condition to me. I really appreciate her care and thoroughness

I recently saw Dr. Novis for severe congestion and trouble breathing. My first visit was so thourogh and easy. I was told I needed to have a septoplasty and turbinate reduction along with another simple procedure. Her staff came in and helped me set a date. At my pre op appointment I was given a list of do's and do nots. Very easy to follow. I had the best recovery time and was back at work in no time at all. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was truly a blessings and helped me

I have been to Rosewood ENT before, so I got an appointment again for ear wax removal and bit of sore throat due to allergies. Didn't know that Rosewood ENT merged with another ENT. Dr. Novis tried running a tube with camera through my nose to check on the throat and she did not want to listen that I didn't want to have something going inside my nose. I thought that was totally unnecessary. Felt like they were doing it only to make more money from insurance. I will never go back to this doctor.
