“What a nightmare!” is the best description of my experience at Martin Family Dentistry in Sussex, Wisconsin. I spent a huge amount of money on defective partials. They came with a lifetime guarantee of adjustments and broken promises by Dr. Sarah Martin. I have been in serious pain from the first time I put them in my mouth to the present time of more than a year later. I can't wear them for over 3 hours and then must heal for several days. I have had numerous adjustments with no positive results. I have worn partials in the past from a real dentist every day, for over 12 hours a day, with no problems and no pain. Dr. Sarah Martin now refuses to see me or stand by her guarantee. No refund and no relief. She does not care. She does not know what she is doing.

Dr. Martin is a fantastic dentist - she is very kind, sweet, knowledgeable, and gentle. She shares her honest professional opinion and provides options for treatments. I do not feel fear when I go see her, because I know I am in the best hands possible. Dr. Martin is our family dentist - my children love her and she goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable during visits.

The office is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the dentist is nice. They even have massaging chairs for you to sit in during your procedure!

I had a wonderful cleaning experience today, June 7, 2021. Janelle (hygienist) and Dr Martin along with the front office staff is amazing. I always recommend this dental office when asked for a recommendation. I am never disappointed.

I've been seeing Dr. Martin since before she opened her own practice. From someone who disliked going to the dentist, I now have no fears or worries. Her staff is very welcoming and caring. You get to sit in a heated massaging chair and watch tv during your visits. They are all very passionate about your well being. I can also say they are very honest. I remember asking if I could get teeth whitening molds done. They all looked at me like I was crazy. They informed me that they would do it if I felt it necessary, but my teeth could only get 1 shade whiter then they already were and they felt I would be wasting money. I've already recommended a few friends to go to Dr. Martin and I've heard all good feedback from them as well. If you're looking for a change, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Dr. Martin is an excellent dentist! I go to her for my regular cleanings and she has removed my wisdom teeth. She is honest and keeps you in the loop with her care. Her safe and wonderful and professional as well. I would highly recommend this dentist for anyone looking.

The whole staff at Martin Family Dentistry were so welcoming from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left the office. I have had a phobia of the dentist for most of my adult life. Dr. Martin and her staff, especially Janelle, make me feel comfortable and relaxed, even when I’ve had to have cavities drilled. I love that my entire family can see the same dentist and they are very accommodating when schedule changes happen. Everyone there is happy, friendly and helpful.

when I go there you are treated like you are the only patient they have ,but your not .Every thing is all about you,your pain your comfort ,they are great

Dr. Martin has been our family dentist for 3+ years now and she's be an absolute delight to work with during appointments. She's great with adults as well as when treating our boys (4&6 currently) so having a well rounded local dentist has been really fantastic! She's always smiling. Even under the mask I think!

I really like Dr Martin and her staff. They took a lot of time to explain everything to me and made me feel comfortable. The office is one of the best i have seen. Dr Martin was a referral to me from several others and i highly recommend her and her staff to others as well.

This was my third time there. I started seeing her last year. At that point, she told me I had the start of a cavity, which surprised me seeing that I had never had a cavity at that point. Within a year, I was told I had three that needed fillings and three "to watch." Seeing as this seemed rather fishy, I got a second opinion and found out that there was nothing there. Possibly a mild stain on one tooth but no cavities whatsoever. Please do not waste your time! Very disappointed!

Dr. Martin is amazing! I am so afraid of dentists, but she is so gentle and compassionate that I look forward to going to the dentist! Her staff is amazing too.

The hygienist was very good and explained everything . she did a great job. However Dr. Martin came in and looked at my xrays and teeth. She spent maybe a total of 2 minutes with me. She barley talked to me or acknowledged I was a patient and not just a mouth. I would have liked it if she had at least said hello and goodbye.
