I only recently met Dr. Gill, knew very little about her, but trusted my doctor who referred her to me. The moment she walked in the waiting room and smiled at me, she immediately put me at ease. She was very encouraging and uplifting. After my procedure she conveyed true concern for my well being in the hospital and afterward during our follow up conversations. Sarah Gill and her surgical partner Jessica goes above and beyond. I am the biggest scary cat in the world and the way Dr. Gill handled me from the very beginning speaks HUGE measures. She is the best of the best!

Words cannot express how wonderful the team is of Dr. Sarah Gil and her wonderful partner Jessica. They go above and beyond to find the issue then walk you through the different ways to correct the issue and make sure you understand what they are saying. Even after the surgery these ladies find time to check on you and make you are as comfortable as possible. Their hard work dedication gives you a relief from anxiety. After receiving the scariest news of my life (endometrial cancer), I was so scared and had no idea what or who was going to be in my path going forward. I was referred to Dr. Sarah Gill from my local gynecologist. I truly believe that it was divine intervention that lead me to Dr. Gill and her team at St. Joseph’s/Candler. There isn’t enough space on here to be able to truly express my gratefulness for Dr. Gill. Her compassion and dedication to what she does is so evident in every aspect of her care. She was (and still is) ALWAYS available, she gave me her undivided attention and for as long as I needed it and included my husband every step of the way. She truly is an angel!! So is the rest of the staff @ SJC. If I could give 100 stars, I would! If you are facing any female reproductive issues such as cancer, do NOT think twice about who to go see. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Gill, her staff and the entire experience. I also can’t thank her enough! Amazing surgeon, patient and kind before and after. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I would highly recommend Dr. Gill for any OBGYN issues or concerns . Her professionalism speak volumes. She takes the time to explain and her personable attitude brings calm to the unknown. We need more doctors with her touch. I am proud to say that I have met her . Keep up the good work!

During 2019, I have had five separate surgical procedures, including the one today performed by Dr. Gill. In each case, I consider myself to be truly fortunate, and am grateful for the level of highly, skilled, knowledgable, technically proficient, advanced care that can be found in our community. All of the individual surgeons are top notch, many holding state regional, or even national distinction for their skills and abilities. Now, to the heart of why I think that the care provided to me by Dr. Gill and her patient support staff is not only medically excellent, but is noteworthy and sets both Dr. Gill and each one of her office support staff apart from the others. It is the art involved in the care of a human being, along side, and certainly in equal partnership with the science of developing a medical master plan for each individual patient. My physical issues maybe like a hundred other patient under Dr. Gill's care, but she is able and willing to consider me as a unique individual person first, and a potential physical surgical specimen second. Each person I've encountered within the practice exudes the same kindness, concern, and willingness to go the extra mile, take the extra minute to ensure the person in front of them or on the phone with them, is cared for and about. I was touched when the Nurse Practitioner said to me that while she would be gone during my procedure, but she would see me at my follow-up. Expressing hope. Her office schedule took extra time and effort to go over the where and when of the processes. Expressing concern and consideration. Today, Dr. Gill took time from her undoubtedly packed surgical day to talk with my husband and I about what was going to happen and to speak about the fears and concerns we both had. Expressing care and understanding. Then, after the procedure was done, again she spoke first to my husband then to both of us. I truly appreciate Dr. Gill and her outstanding office and patient support staff. They all represent the art and the heart of a patient-focused medical care unit. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gill & her staff. If I could give 20 stars, then I would. She performed surgery on me twice within a year & both times she made me feel completely safe, comfortable, & like I was the only patient she had. She is very thorough & does not rush your office visit like many doctors today. She is super friendly & just has a way to make you feel at ease about having surgery. Her nurses are all very friendly and caring as well. I would highly recommend her if you need gynecological surgery! I hope I do not need anymore surgeries, but if so she will be the one I call for sure. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gill & her staff. If I could give 20 stars, then I would. In my years here on earth I have never had a physician as incredible as Dr. Sarah Gill and I need to add her entire staff is exemplenary as well. I was in a difficult situation with complicating factors. Dr.Gill's appointment team listened to me caringly and got me an appointment quickly. When I got there I was seen in a timely fashion. She helped me feel comfortable immediately and took her time being incredibly patient and careful. I never felt I was a fifteen minute slot. The office staff followed up with me so kindly and patiently ,checking on me. Dr. Gill reassured me and helped me get through surgery this past week ,then called herself today to make sure I was doing well. She is beyond everything you could wish for in a doctor. I can't recommend this practice enough. It even has Tennessee charm as a bonus ! Age 70

She is awesome. She did a great job on my surgery and made me feel safe through out the whole process. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Gill literally saved my life. She took the time to see me, explain what the course of action needed to be, implemented the plan, and now I am on the road to recovery. Dr. Gill is very compassionate and patient. My mother and I were so impressed with how much time she dedicated to explaining my mother's cancer diagnosis and treatment plan. She was easily accessible to communicate with. Her staff is just as sweet as she is. I was so happy to know she was going to be performing my mother's total hysterectomy, and I really wish we would have been able to follow up with her for chemotherapy. She really does care and is very competent.

Dr. Gill is an amazing physician! She is a part of my Mayo Oncology care team and had the challenge of sharing an advanced cancer diagnosis with me. She was empathetic and gently told us what we needled to know & offered hope in the worst moments. She went out of her way to see me at chemo and celebrate great results ...she's got my back and love the support!
