I am looking forward to the procedure after meeting Dr. Sarah. I was prescribed a medication that has made my stomach feel better than it has for several years. I’m feeling like I’m in great hands.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Sarah Brendler’s for the past 20 years and love her dearly! She is a compassionate and patient listener as well as a knowledgeable physician. She always explains topics in easy to understand lay-terms. Happy to hear she’s not completely retired❣️

Dr Brendler was very thorough & staff was very nice

I too was told that Dr Brendler had retired around a year ago. Nothing fell into place due to covid. My doctors office is sending me to DR. Brendler who works out of another office now. Ya know I am real upset about being lied to! I have had other people move to other places here in town and been told that they moved on but could not tell me where they moved on to. Had I been told this verses a lie I would be ok with this office! But no you had to lie to me! I will not be back to this office again. I dont know if I can share where she is at but she is still local. Ask your Dr to find Dr. Brendler for you! I would give them a negative mark if I could just for lying to me! I really enjoyed the staff, all of them. They were kind, took an interest in me as both a person and patient. The anesthesiologist and Dr. Brendler cam in to check on me, ask question and also just chit chatted a few minutes. I felt a lot of care on their part. I really don't want this entire group to retire until I do.....selfish on my part. They are all wonderful!!!! I really enjoyed the staff, all of them. I have been going to Dr Sarah Brendler since 2004. She has always been a good listener and is knowledgeable and professional. Her office staff are welcoming and friendly. Dr. Brendler is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. She is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and understanding. She gets a five-star rating from me. If I had to come up with a negative it would be the wait time to get an appointment, but even with my non-emergency situation their staff was able to squeeze me in. No complaints here and I've been with her for a few years now.

We have been using Dr. Brendler for several years for routine tests and conditions. She’s thorough, informative, takes time to explain all options when needed. We definitely recommend her and her staff.

I just had a colonoscopy with Dr. Brendler and believe it or not it was a great experience. Her attending nurses are compassionate and kind and engage with tender care. Dr. Brendler shows compassion and expertise. I highly recommend this Dr. for gastoenterology!!

Billing department wouldn't give me a quote. Do they really think we'd agree to a procedure without knowing how much it will cost, then get stuck with an outrageous bill?

How hard is it to send an order to the correct lab? Apparently nearly impossible. I asked for the order to go to an outside lab at my appointment. I called and asked the day off my lab appointment and was told by OMG it was sent to their lab by mistake and would be correctly sent before my appointment. It was not. So I set another appointment, was told my order would be there by OMG, and the day of the second appointment I stayed on hold for fifteen minutes with no one getting back to me before I hung up and called back. Finally got it faxed. If they can't figure out where to send a lab order, why should I trust them with my life? All this is after I saw the PA, who was incredibly unhelpful and gave me almost no advice other than "eat fiber, get these labs, see you in six weeks." How professional of her. My third procedural visit to Dr. Brendler over the past 20+ years. The office staff, nurses and support personnel are exceptional! Dr. Brendler is the consummate professional in her capacity as a highly dependable and skilled physician.
