I was a little hesitant to make my appointment due to Brooke's review, however my experience was completely the opposite. Booking an appointment on their website was a breeze. Front desk was professional and friendly. More importantly, my appointment was only for a basic vision exam paid via cash, yet Dr. Blackwelder was still super patient and thorough in addressing all of my concerns. More so than many other eye doctors I've seen in the past. I would not hesitate to see Dr. Blackwelder again -- you will be in good hands.

AVOID! This is the most poorly run doctor's office I've ever encountered. Extremely unprofessional and the worst customer service. The receptionist was very rude from the moment I walked in and was not helpful at all when I was trying to ask questions. I called multiple times with no answer and no option to leave a message. The doctor also seemed to be judgmental and condescending. Not to mention they expect you to wait 1 hour+ for a basic exam. Take your business and money elsewhere and avoid this office at all cost.
