Everyone was amazing as usual. Always happy, friendly and very helpful.

My visit was very informative as I asked a ton of questions covering several different afflictions and tests that I know thoroughly destroyed their time table. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel better about the direction my aging eyesight was heading.

Always friendly staff. Dr Appel is very sweet and professional. I trust her completely with my eye health!!

All the staff and the doctor herself were very friendly, I had a very nice experience even if am a first time patient. They made me feel very at ease and comfortable, also, they were able to explain clearly everything I needed to know.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I get a feeling that they came to work only for me. Dr. Appel is knowledgeable and she never makes me feel like she is in a rush. She is thorough and takes the time to make certain I understand what she is doing as well as the outcome of the exam. I leave with the feeling that I am part of a team, not just a patient.

Could not be more pleased with Dr. Appel and her entire staff. Friendly but most importantly very through and concerned with quality eye care.

I love Dr Appel and her staff. I’m always greeted with a smile and never ever feel as though I’m being rushed through an exam. Selection of frames is good and I find the staff to be very helpful here, too. Again, I have never felt rushed to make a decision.

Everyone was super nice and everything explained to me in great detail.

As always..friendly service and great atmosphere. All of the staff are great, and Dr Apple is very knowledgeable and inspires confidence! I love this place!

My son was a new patient, and he was asking so many questions about what things were and how they were used. Dr. Appel was so patient with him and answered all of his questions. His first comment after we left was "I really like Dr. Appel!"

There the nicest people! My kids and I love going to her. She works with you and takes her time with you. Her staff is very friendly as well.

Always an informative visit with caring individuals!

Dr Appel and her staff are always so kind and personable! They have a nice selection of eyewear choices. I’m always able to find the perfect pair for me! The office is organized and clean also!

After years of feeling beneath some staff here I have had enough. My daughter failed to wear her contacts correctly and I get that is not good but not only have I never been given any of our prescriptions without being made to feel weird or as if I'm doing something wrong by asking they now actually refused it to me so I can't try to find the best deal for buying new contacts. They actually told me she has to be more compliant first. I even told them I can't order new ones until I get paid again. But they care for her eyes? Whatever. Also they should have been providing us with prescriptions without us asking according to the ftc's guidelines Eyeglass & Contact Len Rule. They have no right to withhold a person's prescription. As always Dr. Appel and her staff were a pleasure to deal with.

They take great care of their patients. Very thorough exam and tests to make sure they know the health of your eyes. They also do a good job of explaining the results with you.

Dr. Appel and her staff have always been amazing, professional, and kind. My children and myself continue going to her after many years. I actually travel to Mt Vernon to see her. Hands down the best anywhere!

Dr. Apple and her staff were fantastic! Her examination was very thorough and she answered all my questions and concerns.

Dr. Appel has been my optometrist since back in the 1980's. She is very caring, gentle and thorough... Her office staff have the same set of standards.. The meaning the bar has been set high !!!

I have seen Dr Sarah for many years. She has always worked with me and my sensitive eyes. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Dr Appel and her staff are so friendly, professional and helpful. I know that any problem that arises with my glasses or vision, she can correct it.

Always friendly, efficient service. I have never had a problem getting an emergency appt. when I had an eye infection. Eye exams are thorough and accurate.

Sara Appel, is a awesome lady alot better than most eye doctor's. As a matter of fact I live in Evansville and I went to a eye doctor in Evansville and I feel that's why my eyes had got worse.
