Dr. Sarabjit Singh Anand

Dr. Anand is gentle. Good bedside manner. However, the office staff is unprofessional. Office hours aren't maintained which is a real inconvenience to patients. Front desk staff comes in whenever they want, having phone line transferred to own personal line while out of the office during office hours. The office is very dated, and decor/furniture/surroundings not very presentable or clean. I was flabbergasted to see long-expired medical supplies & medication laying out on bedside table. Dr. Anand did my surgery today and him and his team were awesome. His bedside manners were like how every medical profession should be. He made me feel comfortable from day one. Wish I can make him my Primary Care Physician]

He saved my life!!! He has a very small office, and a woman person staff. But big things do come in little packages!

Dr. Anand was absolutely wonderful. He examined me thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions. The wait was a bit long in the waiting room, but once you meet him, you understand why. He treats his patients with a lot of care and is extremely knowledgeable.

Dr. Anand is a brilliant surgeon who performed my Laparoscopic Appendectomy at Laurel Regional Hospital. Unfortunately I had the unpleasant experience after my surgery to deal with a woman who identified herself as Michelle K. and said she was a physician assistant for Dr. Anand. Michelle K. answered the phone reluctantly and responded to my questions regarding the pain I was experiencing with no interest or sympathy. When I addressed her tone she said she “didn’t care “. Michelle K. went on to say she has more than one job and this was not her only means of income. Michelle K. then hung up the phone on me. When I called back Michelle K. continued yelling that she doesn’t have to help me or contact anyone for me because Dr. Anand was out of the country and I should go back to the ER. This is such a disappointing experience after such a good experience with a meek and mild manor surgeon such as DR. Anand. I am 72 yrs. old & have seen many doctors.I can truly say he is one of the most caring doctors that I have had the pleasure of dealing with.He takes his time & explains the procedure to u & if u did not get he will explain it again & not get a attitude about it.He truly is a great doctor.
