I’ve seen Dr Mayo 3 times and found her cheery manner very reassuring. She is professional, knowledgeable and I felt I was in good hands. I would recommend her to anyone.

Visit was fine! Follow up and responsiveness non existent! I have written a few emails requesting a plan of action on test results she ordered and she doesn’t even respond. When your getting worse and begging for assist but get nothing, not even an acknowledgement of receiving the message. Her responders state she’s on vacation. It’s been months! Oh my God, I would never have a doctor that puts herself so above others, doing any surgery on me! How hurtful and selfish! No compassion!

Dr. Mayo performed a total proctocolectomy on me last May and the care and counsel I received from her was excellent in every way. The surgery decision was difficult and complicated for me and she sat with me and discussed the options patiently and at length prior to the surgery. She also has a cheerful disposition that really helped. Ultimately, the decision proved right and I've returned to a very healthy lifestyle after nearly 30 years of ulcerative colitis. Don't hesitate to see her!

I was referred to Dr. Mayo from a physician in Brunswick because of her stellar reputation. Dr. Mayo did NOT disappoint! This was my 6th surgical experience, and I have NEVER had another team be so thorough (both pre and post care). Her bedside manner is pleasant and personal, and her assistant's is, as well. The office staff is pleasant and helpful whenever I've had to contact them. I highly recommend Casco Bay Surgery without hesitation!

Dr Mayo was knowledgeable, intelligent, communicative, caring, compassionate, and on time. I can't think of any other important factor to consider! Just an excellent experience.

2words the best she was great from the first time I met with her to the operating room to the recovery room and she has a great scene of humor she even made it possible to work around the worst snowstorm.in some time and my own sister agrees with the rating I gave her AA++ THANK YOU DR Mayofor saveing me I know we had a little help from are friends
