She only tell the results in person, so she can charge for another consult, while every another pla e send the result by email... this is ridiculous I have the right to have my results

I am not sure if Dr. Llerena is good or not. What I can tell you is that her office adminstrative secretary Martha is horrible. She doesn't allow you to speak, constantly interrupts you. She asks you to hold, while she finishes her other call with friends of hers. She truly has no idea what she is doing. I tried to explain to her the proper process to obtain an authorization for my wife to have her MRI approved, but she asks you to call her back, that she will take care of it and when you call her back she's gotten nowhere. My husband and i haved been threat with Doctor Sara Llerena for more then 18 years. She is amazing, she care so much about you not as a patient more as a family member. So I went to see this person who I know is a Dr. but lacks the professionalism of one. First of that she was in such a hurry to get over the visit that she congratulated me on my baby based on some labs I brought her as I was trying to explain that I had a misedcarrieg of only one week. She asked me a for a brief medical history and told me she could not examine me because I had a misedcarried and that possibly further work will be needed. I agree with that but maybe a little more information to establish a conetion with me would have been apriviated. Dra. LLerenas has been my doctor for over 5 years. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had. If I am sick, I can call her office, ask if she is there that day and she will see me. She is dedicated to providing competent medical care, with compassion and respect for human dignity, as well as being very competent in her field as a general practitioner.
