RUDE, UNPLEASANT, DISRESPECTFUL, and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I was quoted a price for surgery, (after being seen by Dr Hartsaw) and told that price over the course of four separate conversations. Price was then increased by 500% after surgery was scheduled. When I asked for an explanation as to why this occurred, I was called names, refused service and told to find another surgeon.
