The worse office anyone could ever visit. The front staff needs to be flush down a toilet.

Dr. Buchstein has a total disregard to her patients. I was left in the patient room for an hour before someone came in to tell me the Dr won't be seeing me as my results are incomplete. 1 hour it took for then to say something. I came back the next day and am so far waiting 45 minutes as the first appt she has of the day. I am told she is stuck on Sawgrass. The same route I took. I was even late leaving my house and got here 5 minutes late. Not 45 minutes and counting. I do love Dr. Komaiha, but he was not able to see me so he recommended coming in to see Dr. Buchstein. But this has been an absolutely unacceptable two days of appointments. Complete waste of time. Dr. Buchstein has a total disregard to her patients. HORRIFIC OFFICCE - No sense of Urgency. I called the office on 4/1 to get orders for my piccline. The front office staff said I would need to be seen and couldn't get an appointment till Tuesday 4/6 at 2:15pm. My Urologists' had expressed the urgency to get this treatment started ASAP. as I have history of becoming septic. Mind you I have been dealing with ongoing infections since Jan. I get a call today that they need to cancel my appointment because there are no doctors in the office. i expressed the urgency of just needing orders and she was sooo rude not understanding at all. i expressed I'm fevering now and was like nothing we can do. SHE HUNG UP ON ME. If had nothing but great care from Dr Buchstein. She tells it like it is and what needs to happen to resolve my medical issue. She has a vast array of knowledge in her field and even understands rare conditions such as mine. I have also never had an issue with the office staff and I've been going to them for about 4 years.

I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Sara Buchstein! I have a very bad infection in my blood. The medicine the put me on was completely to expensive for us! I went to see her in the office (she unfortunately wasn’t my doctor in the hospital). As I was having a total meltdown in front of her because they said I had to stay on the IV medicine the doctor in the hospital prescribed to me for another few weeks! Financially there was not anyway I could afford it! She and her PA were so kind and caring as I literally lost it in front of them❤️ She came up with a solution and saved us a few hundred dollars! I was extremely impressed with her and the way she went over and above to help me a still give me top notch healthcare❣️ I highly recommend Dr. Buchstein, She is top of the line in Infectious disease! Treats you like a number not a human being. Wastes your time. Always late. ALWAYS. If you have an appointment know that she will be at least an hour late.

I wished I could give this office negative stars.. this office is HORRIBLE. the staff (EVERYONE) are extremely rude and unprofessional, where do they hire this people? they don't care about you at all. If you feel like being aggravated, feel like wasting your time, fell like dealing with rude and disrespectful people then that is the place for you. There is so much truth to the prior reviews. The excellent reviews are done as personal favors to these doctors due to the several poor reviews by most people. Sadly, this company is a place that’s hired some of the most incompetent people with the doctors at the helm. Also, don’t expect for the staff to answer the phone and/or return your phone call. Oh, beware of anyone with a PICC line as the office does not have a RN or MD pulling the line! I’ve been in the clinical area and witnessed the “nurse” Tessa pull a PICC line. What’s the issue? She’s not an RN and it is against the law for her to do so. I’ve reported this and other issues to the State and hopefully they’ll look into this promptly. Choose another doctor! Was treated poorly and dismissed without proper care , they staff was rude and not helpful.

The staff was prompt and very pleasant. I was seen within 30 min. As a new patient I had to fill out paperwork. Dr. Buchstein was thorough & quite empathetic since my surgery had to be cancelled. I would gladly recommend her.

This consultant office is the worst of all worst. I don't know how it is still in business. Every time I go there I got a new bill. The service sucks. Even the doctors suck. They are never in the office and never return calls. The staff have there head up there ass all day long ding nothing. Not one nurse in this place knows how to wrap a toe or a foot. This company should be closed. If some thing ever happen to me again I would never return to this company, I would rather die then deal with all the BS these people put me through. There is no communication in the place. No one ever answer the phones and when the do they will put you on hold and then hang up on you. As of now I am looking for a lawyer to inspect this place and close it down. The whole entire staff should be fired and sent back to school. I wouldn't even give them the courtesy to even rate them but it wouldn't allow it if I wanted the comment to post. They are the absolute worst to deal with. It's like a circus act. They tell you what they want you to hear. I been calling for 2 days now and cant even get a call back now. I'm dealing with a time sensitive issue and there's 0 empathy and the most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with. They are a fraud and should not be allowed to practice. The staff and customer service are even worse. This is a disgrace to our health care system. Dr. Buchstein is an EXCELLENT physician - she is patient, caring and very attentive . She responds to all questions and never makes me feel hurried or as if I'm not as important as the next patient, as some doctors do. I would recommend her to anyone seeking answers and help with infectious disease issues. She is THE BEST!!
