Dr. Kale is, hands down, an excellent surgeon. He has been my plastic surgeon for over two years, since I was diagnosed with breast cancer. He and his team (nurses, Tiffany, Beth, Jessica) are not only top-notch medical providers but they are one of the most kind and caring group I have ever worked with, and I have dealt with a lot of doctors and nurses over the years. I trust Dr. Kale not only for his expertise in the OR but because it is obvious that he cares about his patients as people. He is simply the best. I am truly grateful to have Dr. Kale as my plastic surgeon.

I was referred to Dr. Kale by my breast surgeon following my breast cancer diagnosis. I opted for a double mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction. Dr. Kale specializes in DIEP reconstruction and I knew he was the one I wanted working alongside my breast surgeon. It was so comforting knowing I had the best surgical team! I will be forever grateful for his care, knowledge, and expertise. I have recovered and healed nicely. Most importantly, I am not afraid or ashamed of my body. With his expertise.. I was able to hold onto my womanhood, and shape. Two things I thought I may have to sacrifice in order be cancer free. I highly recommend Dr. Kale!

Dr. Santosh Kale has been my plastic surgeon for 2 years. I was referred to him following my fight with breast cancer which resulted in a mastectomy. As anyone can imagine I was emotionally challenged at that time yet Dr. Kale guided me through the last steps of such a trying time in life and gave me back my feelings of being a woman with my reconstruction. I would very highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of plastic surgery especially those fighting cancer.
