He over books appts and that causes LONG waiting in lobby. I was awake most of my pacemaker surgery. Very uncomfortable. I had to listen to a stupid conversation.

Amazing staff!! Ariel in the front desk was very heplful and attending!

Dr Prasher is a wonderful caring Dr and did an excellent putting a pacemaker in my husband.

Dr. Prasher is an excellent physician in skill and care. He is always pleasant, concerned, informative and attentive. I am very confident in him and comforted by his manner. I would recommend him to anyone ! Sincerely, Karen Mellencamp

Dr. Prasher has no interpersonal skills and absolutely no consideration for his patients. He performed an unnecessary catheter ablation on me last year and my current doctor has reviewed my records, tests, etc. and informed me that I should not have had the procedure...that all my test results were normal. Also, Dr. Prasher is never on time for scheduled appointments and even after complaining to the patient advocate at this practice, his ability to be on time for scheduled appointments worsened. Typically his is an hour and a half late for his appointments and once was over two and one half hours late for my scheduled appointment. After my procedure, I was to have a follow-up appointment two weeks later; however, his next available appointment was over a month later. When I arrived for the original follow-up appointment I was informed that he was running 30 minutes behind schedule and after an hour wait, I learned that he wasn't even at the practice.
