Dr. Sanjay Bipin Patel

I used to go to Dr. Patel and went elsewhere because of the folks handling - or lack of it- the eye wear. Took a ridiculous amount of time for a simple task. However, it was time for my annual eye exam and my beef was not with him - until now. "Beef' might be a bit strong, but I do have concerns. My time with him was approximately 10 minutes. I have been seeing eye doctors for the past 20 years and this was the quickest I have ever been seen. I feel as my eyes grow older, so do my concerns. He showed me one set of letters and wa la, instantly knew what to do. So is he that good or have I been slighted. It is not like there was a room of folks behind me and so what. I waited my turn. Disappointed the environment wasn't more welcoming and that I mattered. I reckon I have a year to decide if I want to go back. we are always seen promptly, the staff are always courteous and Dr Patel is good with adult patients, children and everything in between!
