THE DOCTOR IS SOOOOO RUDE. THIS IS PROBABLY MY WORSE EXPERIENCE AT A DOCTORS OFFICE YET!!!!

Stay away from this place. The only reason reason they're still in operation is because of the lack of offices in the area. Mostly poor people go here and they benefit off of them because of Medicaid.

This place just wants your money. They could care less about you to be completely honest. I recommend whoever reading this to find you a doctor in Wilmington.

batish does not diagnose you properly. Every time you tell him what your dealing with he doubts you and say it's something else. Patients should NOT be treated this way! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Probably the worst doctors office i've ever been to. Dr Batish should treat his patients with more respect. It seems to me like he just rubs people the wrong way. This is ridiculous.

Dr batish prescribed me the wrong medication. I had to go to the emergency room to make sure everything was ok...

We have gone to this practice for at least 15 years. We wouldn’t go to any other Primary Doctor. Dr. Batish, his PA and staff are outstanding and make you feel welcome and concerned with whatever ails you. My daughter took her children here also when they were young. They are now early twenties and teenagers. My husband and I both have diabetes and they stay on top of any issues we have. I also have asthma and they have helped me so many times over the years with my severe flare ups. Great doctor and staff and they care!!

I'm hearing impaired and made an appointment in December as a new patient. Apparently the receptionist and I got mixed up, she said 18th, and I heard 8th. Called to confirm the day before was told because I missed the appointment I can't ever get seen there. I never received a phone call, saying I missed my appointment. The whole staff are just wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly. The nurse Kim goes above and beyond for patients. I love this Dr’s office!

We have been using Dr. Batish for 30+ years. We took our children to him straight from the peditricians office and have been here ever since. He has always been very understanding and caring. He and his staff are professional and respectful. The office is always very clean and neat. He does not take chances and will refer you to a specialist or for further testing if needed. I have always been able to get in for an appointment in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him to a friend.

Been going to Dr. Batish for years now hoping they will get their mess together. The office NEVER EVER runs on schedule. The doctor is good when you finally get to see him. If you insist on going to the office make sure you have absolutely nothing to do that day!

My first visit to Dr. Batista office was in December 2016. It was a very pleasant experiences and he has excellent bedside manners. He's very kind and understanding to his patients. His goal with me is to get my health back excellent condition. They have an excellent walk in policy .I got sick overnight and I called on a Friday and less than an hour Dr.Batish was being examining me.

Dr. Batish is a very caring professional. He takes medicare and medicaid when no one else will.

Dr batish is fine. Always in a rush but a good doctor. His office and staff are horrible. They have messed up my prescription for going ok 3 days now. First they didn't even send it to the pharmacy, then they sent the wrong one and since it was later in the day ( right around 4) they said they had other patients to help before addressing my problem. My issue should of been handled before the other people who called in that day since I've had a problem for days!

Wonderful doctor. Spent a long time with me as a new patient. The nurse and staff were also very friendly. I would highly recommend this practice.

This man is a QUACK!! Instead of encouraging my daughter to address her weight issues in a healthy manner, he flat out told her that she is fat and that no man will ever want her. That is not even the reason we visited the idiot in the first place. My daughter was so embarrassed. She went in to a deep depression after that and attempted suicide. She was in constant excruciating pain due to a chronic condition and literally could not move. We left that day and never went back.

Dr. Batish is a excellent doctor. He listens to what you are telling him and does everything you would expect a doctor to do in order to resolve your issues. He and his staff are all very pleasant and you aren't just treated like a number or junkie like so many other facilities in Wilmington treat you. After moving here to Wilmington in October of 2014 I quickly came to realize 99% of the doctors here could care less about their patients needs but they love taking your money and billing your insurance outrageous amounts of money for sub par healthcare. I avoid Wilmington doctors like the plague and nearly all you call to set up a appointment with the first thing out of their mouths is if you're coming here for pain medication we don't give it to you. Okay not everyone is a junkie out doctor shopping for a fix, that's extremely unprofessional IMHO. Needless to say if they're that unprofessional with a new patient trying to establish a primary care doctor I can only imagine how bad they are in person at the office. With doctor Batish I didn't get that, they truly care about their patients. I have to have a primary doctor to do my blood work monthly due to having my thyroid removed last year and I'm so glad I went to doctor Batish, he's the 1st doctor to have the full blood work tested and not just my TSH. Thanks to Dr. Batish I'm getting back to feeling like my old self again. Anyone looking for a excellent primary doctor I highly recommend him. Dr. Batish is a excellent doctor. The nurse I had was so nice! The doctor was OK- pretty straight to the point and left no time to be cordial. That's fine with me though- I don't go to doctors to make friends. The only issue I had with this practice is they had to stick me with a needle more than once and couldn't draw blood. That has never happened to me before. Other than that- all of my issues were resolved and the visit went smoothly. The nurse I had was so nice! The doctor was OK- pretty straight to the point and left no time to be cordial. this doctors office has got to be the worst doctors office i have ever been to the practice they do is poor the way they treat there clients are horrible and the doc, and nurses are very rude DONT EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!
