Worse doctor I've ever had, impatient, cold, uncaring.

Why make an appt for 10:30, arrive at 10:25 get called back to the room in 15 minutes just to wait for dr.sandra lepinski in the exam room for 1 hour and 45 minutes then the visit itself took 1 hour. Really,Sandra LEPINSKI...... You need to retire..... go knit a sweater since you wanna take your time with everything. I called the insurance company while I waited and switched providers..... This Dr. is ridiculous! I have called into her office and have spoken with her nurse now for over a week to get a perscripton called in which she recommended...however, to no avail. REALLY! I don't even rate her this one full star. I rate her unprofessionalism and patient care at a Zero!!!!!!

Do Not use this doctor. she really has no desire to treat patients. have taken my elderly mother here for several years, and last two years doctor and staff get slower and uncareing. wait times are up to 2 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT! then another half hour in exaim room. this is rude and very unproffessional. and it gets worse each time. We were on time for appointment....would expect the same curtesy. Guess curtesy not part of lessons in Med school. plumbers and electricians that are paid for services are on time. doctors are paid for services (customer service), and are expected to be on time, or Patients should charge doctor for being late. Dr Lepinsky should stop haveing patients and just teach or something if she is qualified. she has no desire to treat her patients and has NO respect for them. expects patients to have appointment times, then leaves them sit for 2+ hours! this is not only rude, but unprofessional. Her time is not any more important then mine. Especially since i am the one paying for what boils down to customer service.

Dr Lepinski listens to all your questions and concerns. She doesn't rush you out. She spent as much time as you need for her to answer questions.

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience with Dr. Lepinski, during a routine exam I was asked the basic questions including of course physical activity, upon telling her yes, I was sexually active and no, I didn't use protection I could see her shoulders raise and the hair stand on the back of her neck because she never faced me to even acknowledge my presents, the question she never asked was," Are you married?" This set the tone from that day forward, she was rude! 22 years married.
