Dr. Garcia is one of the best foot doctors I have visited. Always takes her time and I see how she fights for her patient to get the best care. The office manager jay explains everything to me thoroughly about my insurance and it’s a great family run office. I hope they run for a long time!

Dr. Garcia, I just want to thank you for the time you took through the Covid-19 pandemic to call me after none of my other doctors did nothing who I thought care for my well being. You went out of the way to make sure I got my covid test. When no other office I called helped. You did this when I was just the first time patient calling your office. When you picked up the phone the first time call I was shocked cause no other doctor does that. Finally when you opened your office you did not disappoint on how kind and full of knowledge you were about my health issues. My wife and my kids want to thank you because if you did not help me I might not be here. You are the best and may god bless you and your family. Now that i moved back to the bronx i feel like i am back with old friends. Dr. G i have to tell you that when my mother told me to write a review about u i was more than happy to do so. first i want to thank you for helping my mom and going out of your way to fight with the insurance so that they can approve the services for her. I was a bit shocked that there was a co pay but after the front desk explained how it works and how the co pay is part of your payment from the insurance i now understand. i thank you again and i will tell the rest of my family about how you made mom feel better and now her heel pain is gone. My elderly mother was suffering from pain on her right foot, from an ingrown nail on her big toe. She told me that she couldn't bare the pain, so i took her to Dr. Garcia's office and after that she hasn't complained from her nails and routinly goes to her office for her appointments when do. Hi, my name is fai lam, im writing about how Ms. Garcia's service at her Podiatry office was more than good, it was great. My father kept complaining about his right foot having pain after his accident of falling in the shower. He was not able to walk for more than 2 weeks. I was searching for top doctors specializing in podiatry, for the feet, in New York. The closest doctor in my area was Dr. Garcia, she was amazing after my father fall, i came to her with my father and she gave him an injection, and showed me and my father how we could get orthopedic shoes for free from our insurance and it will help improve my foot movement and pain. She also gave me a boot for my father that accomadated his pain and his foot movement. I was unsure at first but the doctor insured me it was the best course of action and after about 1 month my fathers foot was good as new and stronger than ever. And as for me and my father she made me realize a whole new bright, pain free world. I can stand longer periods of time, run and walk comfortably, and haven't had pain in my feet for over half a year. I always go back to her office when appointment is needed for me with any problems with my feet. Very nice person but did nothing for my foot. She looked at it and didn't even wrap it in a bandage. Meanwhile my foot was broken in three places and I needed a cast. She gave me a boot for my foot that broke in less than a day. Needless to say she was useless.

This doctor is extremely rude and has no patience. She only cares about the money she's going to get from my insurance. She did not seem to care about my feet and the level of pain I was in. She wanted to have my blood checked, instead of doing it herself. She asks her receptionist to do it who is not even a medical professional. She bore my arm with the needle several times and couldn't get a drop of blood to come out in the bottle. I got a huge black bruise from being bore so many times. In the end, the doctor sent me to a lab to get my blood checked. I will never ever go back to this doctor. I do NOT recommend this lady. Very unprofessional and a crook! It was so obvious this doctor concern was only the insurance carrier.. 3$ charge for every visit NEVER HAVE I HEAR OF THAT WITH MEDICAID/HEALTHFIST. I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH HER SERVICES.. NO PRIVACY AT ALL.. and she didn't care what my feet problem was.. I DIDNT LIKE HER..
