Dr. Sandra Adair is the best physician I have met in years. She has excellent bedside manners and is empathetic, which is a rare combination in doctors these days. She is truly a gem. I'm so glad I found her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adair’s for many years and have always had so much confidence in her! Recently due to the season we are in with COVID, I was able to do a virtual visit with her and it was just like I was in the office - she took the time to listen and explain things just as she always does in person!

Dr Adair and her staff/office have by far shown respectful concern and care to not o ny myself but also my husband and parents and daughter for many years. Although they are the best, I don't like to tell others because i want them to be available when we need them. LOL

I really appreciate my doctor, Sandra Adair, she is caring and compassionate. She does a through job to get to the root cause and doesn't just try to placate with medication to cover symptoms. She offers information and takes everything I tell her into consideration to try to develop a big picture.

While this office has become part of Texas Health, Dr. Adair has always been great at listening, and suggesting the best care and treatment to keep all of her patients healthy! She is truly a caring person who believes in preventive medicine is best rather than deal with a problem after it becomes an illness!

I want to take a minute to brag on my physician's office - Flower Mound Family Care clinic. Dr. Adair always provides wonderful health care with a wonderful "bed-side manner". But what is often overlooked is the office staff. I can't brag on her staff enough. They are always professional, friendly, and take care of me with a smile. From the medical assistants and physicians assistants to the front office staff - they are simply the best. And this is critical to me because I've had great physicians in the past who unfortunately had an office staff that just did not match her level of care. There was always an issue. But once I found Dr. Adair and FM Family Care, I have been so pleased! Dr. Adair is very thorough, a great listener, cares about her patients and their overall health, while practicing ongoing and preventive health. She is very astute and uses her knowledge to help others in a very kind way! As well, her office staff and physicians assistants follow through with details, and follow through with requests and paperwork needed. Thank you so very much!

I have been seeing Dr Adair (and associated PAs) since about 2002. The practice used to be excellent. This year I went for my physical, though, and there were problems. Even though the only prescriptions I have were done by this practice, they were confused and unsure of what they were. Also, I have not received any call or email about the test results that were ordered. My physical was 3 months ago.

They seem like fantastic doctors. Sadly they do not accept NEW Medicare patients. I have found this more and more. It's impossible to find good doctors who accept Medicare. In one year 3 of my long term doctors stopped taking Medicare. Gynocologist after 20 years, Rheumatologist after 10 years, Psychiratrist after 20 years. Those are all very important doctors. So much for coming in for my appointment that I made online. Arrived early. Ready to go. Low and behold I am “not on the schedule”. Explained to me that I didn’t hit the “accept” button. So the best that can be done was an appt 2 hours later. Really? Goodbye office. Not that any of you care. Ps. I called the day before to ask about getting a tb check. If lady making appt would have pulled my info up to add note about wanting the tb....could have realized then I did not have appt. I recc this office to a few friends. I have been going to this office for more than 10 years. Always had great doctors that listened and cared. As the practice got bigger and they handed off duties to muring and office staff the quality of care and follow up suffered. The new new computer and records are supposed to be easier and better. I have asthma and desperately needed a prescription and this Woman argues with me as to "how life threatening is this?" Why don't they just have an answering machine which says call 911 for emergencies otherwise wait until office hours. According to the service she refused to call the Dr. to get any prescriptions. Dr. Adair is an absolute saint! She is so empathetic and really makes you feel like she cares about you AND your health. She has been my doctor for 10 years and I have never once felt rushed or insignificant to her.

Dr Adair is a very caring doctor. I have been going to see her for about 8 months now. I was recommended to her by my mother and brother. She takes the time to listen to your needs and I never feel like I’m being rushed. I highly recommend Dr Adair and Flower Mound Family Care.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Adair. This was my first visit and I felt that my needs were met and she listened to my concerns. The office staff were very nice and helpful. The office itself is easy to find and well-kept. I am very happy with making the switch to this practice.

Love Dr. Adair! Been going to her for several years. She is so kind, caring, patient and thorough. Getting an appointment can sometimes be tough...probably because she is so awesome/always booked. The online portal makes setting an appointment easy though and you can see her availability. In a pinch, go to her PA, he is super!

Dr. Adair and her staff are amazing! They all take the time to listen. Dr. Adair is excellent at listening to any concerns and discussing options. She doesn't just prescribe meds and then you leave. Referred for an MRI the same day I was seen with the results explained within an hour of the MRI. Referred to an Orthopedic Surgeon and contacted all within 24 hours of seeing Dr. Adair. Dr. Adair is an outstanding doctor practicing in a time when patients often feel they are being pushed through revolving doors of one practitioner after another with little positive results. She has been our family doctor for years. The whole office is extremely efficient. Little or no waiting ever, and yet Dr. Adair (and other associates I have seen at times) will make you feel as though you are their ONLY patient that day. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my doctor!! She has the best personality spends much time with her patients, and I feel so confortable spending time, asking questions, etc. with her. I use to really fear going to the doctor,and would be sick to my stomach before arrival, but I'm NOT at all nervous going to see Sandra Adair. Been seeing Dr Adair for six years. Very thorough, smart, patient, diligent. She is a thinking person's general practitioner. Couldn't recommend her more. Sometimes hard to get in with her, so I see the PAs for colds etc.

I've been seeing Dr. Adair since 2007 and am very happy with her level of care. My 1st visit with her was an urgent appointment after a car accident. When my doctor couldn't see me, I called her office and was able to see her the next day. She's caring and takes the time to listen. I liked her so much that I switched doctors. Appointments for yearly physicals usually schedule at least 4-6 weeks out but I've always been able to see her or her P.A. within a day or 2 for urgent appointments.

Excellent doctor, knowledgeable, trustable and caring. She takes all the time you need to explain you whatever medical confition you have, answering all your questions. She doesn't rely only on tests to diagnosis you, she also gives great importance to physical exams and symptoms. I am feel grateful to have her as my GP.

I've been to so many doctors but none compared to how passionate, well educated and well knowledges to my conditions as doctor Adair.
