Horrible bedside manner. Would rate a zero if I could

Would rate a zero if I could. Went for one complaint ended up running a bunch of unnecessary tests and ended up with a bill of $700 for a stupid office visit. She was forgetful when I talked to her the next day and never called me with lab results that were semi important. Do not recommend.

Kind, patient and provides through information.

Doctors might see 1000’s of patients everyday but patient will see only one doctor and can remember everything very well than the doctor. Patient is your priority and if patient lies, it will be a problem for the patient itself right, common sense. Talking politely and respectfully should be a part of being a doctor. When I say clearly that I was at the scene and this is what happened, how can someone turn down a patient blaming that it is wrong and whatever doctor mentioned in the charts is right ???? I’m not an illiterate. Respect, politeness and kindness are few things which I did not see here. Doctors might see 1000’s of patients everyday but patient will see only one doctor and can remember everything very well than the doctor. Dr Saxena is an amazing Doctor. He is an expert in his field and takes time to listen to his patients.
