Dr. Sandeep Sambrani Rao

I've been seeing Dr. Rao for 10 years and he is one of the best physicians I've ever had. Easy to speak with, good explanations, and really cares. Highly recommend!

Love Dr Rao! Extremely transparent and clear about what to expect! Gives recommendations but ultimately knows decisions are in the parents hands. Has our best interest at heart!

It doesn’t get any better than Dr. Rao. He has a way about him that makes you feel safe, protected, not to mention valued. Best of the best hands down.

Dr. Rao and the staff at MidMichigan Obstetrics and Gynecology are very professional and friendly. I was with Dr Rao for my whole first pregnancy. He took the time to answer my questions, and was always kind and reassuring. As a first time mom, I felt more confident every time I met with Dr. Rao and his staff.

I'm pregnant with my first baby, not sure how far along I am and I seen Dr. Rao for an ultrasound. He said I'm possibly 4 or 5 weeks along because he couldn't hear a heartbeat and then he said it could possibly be a miscarriage. He then scheduled me to come back in two weeks. I'm giving a one star rating because how can he say that to a first time mother and then not expect me to freak out and then have to wait two weeks before I find anything else out! By far one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. He truly cares about his patients, and is always willing to spend time answering questions or concerns.

I've never found a better Dr. Let alone ob then Dr. Rao. Won't see anyone other than himself or Sarah. So caring, sensitive, and respectful. 5 stars!!

I met Dr. Rao while in the hospital and have seen him since being released. Dr. Rao listened to what I had to say and together we agreed on the best treatment for me. His staff are wonderful.

He is by far the best doctor that I have ever had! I was anxious with my first pregnancy, he spent a lot of time calming my fears, and explaining everything very thorough with me. He was always willing to spend extra time to answer questions, and was not hesitant on getting the u/s machine out in the office to ensure everything was okay.

I have seen Dr. Rao for three pregnancies. He and his staff have been phenomenal! He has a way of making you feel safe and comfortable. He really listens to you and allows you to make your own choices for health care decisions!
