Dr. Dave seems knowledgeable but he’s condescending and rude. He was not only rude to me but also his own staff. He interrupted me several times when I tried to ask a question. I cant really remember dealing too much with his staff and I think the only thing that was an issue for me was working around my schedule and the Publix schedule there at MCH to pick up the liquid medication he ordered for her to take before surgery... Surgery was at 11. Got there early and still had to wait 2 and a 1/2 hours. When Dr. Dave came in and i questioned him about the wait he became a diva and became very unpleasant. Why schedule so many surgeries if you can't handle it? My daughter is 4 and hadn't eaten since 8pm the previous night.

I have seen Dr. Dave twice with my son, he has no bedside manners and forgets that as parents we are concerned. We are the advocate for our own children. Horrible doctor! I took my son because of recurrent ear infections. On the very first visit, Dr. Sandeep recommended surgery for ear tubes. When I asked if there were other treatments available that we could try first, he responded “no, thats all we can do” quite rudely like he knew better. He showed no interest whatsoever in listening to what I had to say. He spent 85% of the time going thru a questionnaire and typing in the computer while giving us his back due to the set up of the room. I ended up taking my son to an allergist and he had a horrible case of allergic rhinitis (something you would think an ENT is skilled to diagnose). He was prescribed Flonase Nasal Spray for a couple of months and “magic” happened! My son never got another ear infection in his life. Beware parents!!! Every time I call I either get the run around from his assistant Rainy or no one ever answers. I will not be referring anyone to Dr. Dave as I am less then satisfied with him, his office and the outpatient ambulatory center at FIU. Our first appointment was great but the subsequent were not. According to the nurse manager at the ambulatory surgery center, Dr. Dave was late for his surgeries which delayed our 2 year old’s surgery. There was no consideration for our 2 yrs old starving and wanting to nurse. The post op was the same, he was late to work and no one apologized.

Dr Dave is the best! He is friendly, fun, always willing to answer all your questions, and take his job seriously. Both of my kids has been seen by him, I do not have any bad comment. Thank you Dr Dave for everything you did for my kids!

I have called this office 4 times to make an appointment, with 2 of those calls being put on hold without asking and the 3rd being hung-up on. The 4th attempt was to reach out to the office manager with that call being disconnected after it rang for 1 minute straight. Wouldn't want to bring my child to an office that "works" in this manner regardless of whom the doctor is.

Dr Dave is amazing! He guided us through the whole process of my son's surgery - adenoids removal and inferior turbinate reduction. I was VERY hesitant of putting my 5 year old son through surgery, but the benefits have been great. My son can finally breathe all day and have a restfull night's sleep. Dr Dave is a great doctor. Im really happy we decided to do this surgery with him.

Dr. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and had my son's best interests in mind. He was focused on getting him better rather than just unnecessary treatments. We had our son's adenoids removed and tubes inserted in his ears, we visited Dr. Dave for the following 18 months and the surgery worked. My son's understanding increased and his hearing improved. He makes sure everythibg is fine and all the side effects that one a ither operations, medicines, etc. He know she what he is doing and is very proffesional and friendly and funny. Let me start by saying Dr. Sandeep is a nice doctor BUT the reason for my 1 star is because back in 2016 I took my 5 yr daughter to him due to hearing loss. After a CT scan and hearing tests it turned out she is completely deaf in right ear due to not being born with the nerve in the ear that allows you to hear. Sandeep said there was nothing that could be done because she was not born with the nerve. I asked if they could take the nerve from my ear and put it in hers, he said no. I then SPECIFICALLY asked if there was a hearing aid for people with her hearing issue, again he said no. Sandeep said her left ear is fine but I must be careful with loud noise and head trauma, as this could cost her to lose the hearing in her left ear, he also said she will require yearly hearing tests. Fast forward to today March 24, 2017.... I took my daughter to a new ENT Dr. Steven Singer because Sandeep's office no longer accepted my insurance. (THANK GOD FOR THAT!) Dr. Singer explained that THERE IS a hearing aid that my daughter could use called CROS which stands for Contralateral Routing of Signals”. Dr. Singer also informed me of other issue that Sandeep never mentioned. Next month is my daughter's hearing test and then we will get started on her hearing aid and everything else that this angel Dr. Singer informed me of. As excited as I am that a hearing aid DOES EXIST for my daughter a part of me is FURIOUS at Sandeep for telling me otherwise, because I would have taken care of all of this a year ago. Waiting time is over an hour with appointment. Update: Dr's are very professionals, maybe is that why the delays; part could be our fault as some patient's don't honor their appointments and that is why they some time overbook. Same as United :)
