First visit, waited 2 hours to see the doctor. Informed that there was a power outage. Never informed while ias waiting. Except the staff said I would be seeing him. Second time I went in for blood work and informed that no script had been put in. Check with staff, found no note had been put in my records. Staff took more than 30 minutes and all they had to say, was nothing. I informed them to cancel my appointment. I'm a veteran and not required to make co-pays to the community provider. Now he is trying to charge me a co-payment for a missed appointment. That fact I told them to CANCEL my appointment and they didn't means they are for my money. Bad services.

Dr Piedad personally contacted other specialists to see that I got the needed additional diagnoses quickly. He reviewed the information from the other specialists and put together a plan which worked very well. I can't be more satisfied with the level of care.

Dr.Piedad cares about his patients, and listens to us when we have a concern. We have been very satisfied with the care we receive.

Dr. Piedad is like my other family. He has been my family doctor since 2006 from the first time I had to have my first operation. He is very kind, generous, self cautious, understanding, knowledgeable, and if there's something he doesn't have the answer to, he will defiantly find out fo you. I would highly be upset if I had to change or find another doctor. He became to know everything and what's best for me, how and when and what for. He's the best doctor I've ever had. Wouldn't trade him!
