I have a rare condition called Nutcracker Esophagus which Dr Mardini treated when he practiced in Ashland. After he left the area, I tried for 10 years to find a doctor to manage this problem with no success. Finally, I discovered that Dr Mardini was 2 hours away at the University of Kentucky. I started going there and Drs Selby and Mardini work as a team to manage my problem. He is an awesome doctor and well worth the 2 hour drive.

Dr. Mardini took care of my dad who had large stone in his liver. Three other doctors tried to get out but could not. Dr. Mardini used laser to break it apart and take it out. He was so good to us and treated my dad and us with respect.

I have a congenital condition called pancreas divisum and have been struggling for years until Dr. Mardini did a procedure for me and cured me! This was magic!

I have been to Dr.Mardini's office twice and he has been very friendly and tried his best to understand my problems.But,there definetely is a communication gap and unfriendly office staff.Overall my experience has not been good.
