Dr Kuykendall is very knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner. Kristen his nurse and the lady at checkout great. Front desk staff not friendly and acted like she was doing you a favor by checking you in. She was more interested in visiting w her coworkers.

Check in process was easy. Didn't have to wait long for doctor to come in the room. He was kind and knowledgeable.

As always, greeted and treated with a smile, professionalism and like a PERSON. I have dealt with an issue for decades and Dr. K and staff are one of the only two urology teams that have offered solutions where possible and doable management for the rest. Dr. K comes from a good old fashioned farm upbringing. It shows in how he listens, makes an analysis, and shares his ideas on a treatment plan all while making you feel like you’re talking to insert-person-who-truely-cares-about-your-well-being. He’s young enough to be my son and if he were I would be bragging about him to all my friends ad nauseam. Make your appointment now!

Intelligent, kind, caring doctor who is easy to talk to and express the issues you are experiencing with. Wonderful staff and nurse’s/ support team. Great experience overall from identifying my needs, which required surgery in my case, follow up visits/treatment, worked well with my insurance to make sure procedures were covered with a genuine care and concern for all of my needs.

I think he is an amazing doctor and is always listening to help determine a course of action that fits best for me

Dr. Kuykendall was AWESOME!!! The process was very smooth. He talked to me through the whole procedure which made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

He did an excellent job on my surgery in 2018. He did the newer procedure for a bladder sling. I had no problems and recovered quickly. He was thorough, answered all of my questions, had a great bedside manner/was kind and very professional.

Have been coming for a couple years and always pleased. Offered telehealth in order to continue providing service.

Dr. k is a great dr. and is very good at explaining things. My only complaint was being prepped for a small bladder procedure then left exposed on the exam table for too long before the dr. came in.

I have been seeing Dr. kuykendall for many years now. He is an awesome Doctor who treats me like he has knowing me forever. He’s very professional and knowledgeable in his area. He stays current on Medical break throughs. He is going to perform a procedure on me that I am looking forward to very much.

I was surprised more testing was needed to arrive at correct diagnosis but appreciated his concern to reach the correct diagnosis. Answered all my questions re: up coming surgery. Looking forward to procedure.

I was very impress with his professionalism. Dr Kuykendall explain everything in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Kuykendall is the first urologist (I have seen 3) who really cares to help me with my chronic UTI issue. I have gotten to the point of being very fearful of getting these infections as I have built up a resistance to most of the commonly used antibiotics associated with treating UTIs and Dr. Kuykendall is the first and only urologist to really care and put me on a treatment plan that is working and work to make sure that when I get another infection I know how to get ahold of him so he can be the one to make sure I get the correct antibiotics. I have cried many times about these recurrent infections and most urologists tend to give the cold shoulder and act like this isn't an issue for many women when it is! I am so grateful for Dr. Kuykendall and would recommend him to any and everyone! He really cares and wants to help you figure things out! Also finding a urologist who gives a crud about female issues is a feat in and of itself!

Worst Doctor we have ever seen. Office visit 1 pm weren't but into a room till after 3 so-called nurse scanned his kidneys said still retaing fluid. He had had a large drink at lunch and had not emptied his bladder since.He claimed that my son had kidney disease. My son is mentally disabled and lives in a group home so staff had always taken him to his appointments. Dr was furious we were there and questioning him even stormed out of room. My son has been seen by other Drs who diffentaly say he is not in stage 3 kidney failure in fact they find no kidney issues at all. MEDICARE RIP-OFF Worst Doctor we have ever seen. My visit was a little apprehensive in that I was a bit nervous, but the people were caring,polite and overall nice. The Doctor was personable and shared his thoughts, which was right to the point and correct. THANKS!

(I wish I could say the same for all surgeons I have had over my lifetime.) I am currently working with Dr. Kuykendall. He is trained in many different therapies. He has always been willing to listen to my ideas and concerns, answer all my questions, and explain the pros and cons of the different ways we could treat my problems. Dr. Kuykendall was personable, direct, informative, reassuring, confident. I felt so much better about my particular situation after our consult.

Testosterone replacement (which primary physician suddenly decided he was no longer qualified to prescribe after 15 yrs) was the purpose of my visit. Brought levels up to where they should have been the whole time. A life-changer! Very good actual listener.

I'm very surprised by the bad reviews. I think the Dr. is great as well as everyone in the office! First off he was always on time & doesn't over book his patients. Obviously this also allows him time to listen to you, answer any questions you have. He never makes you feel like he has one foot out the door! I have terrible anxiety & he had to do an invasive test I found scary. One of the nurses took time out of her day & stood next to me holding my shoulder the whole time to help try & calm me. Then I found out I was going to have to have surgery which was also scary, but they took amazing care of me. They were available anytime I had a question or concern before as well as after the surgery! I would and have recommended Dr. Kuykendall to anyone.

Went seeking Testosterone replacement therapy for extremely low levels (below 100) after being dismissed as "something we no longer do" by family practitioner. He listened to entire 'story' and prescribed exactly what was needed. I no longer have to purchase overpriced gray-market anabolic steroids from India to get what I have so desperately need. (Nothing less than a complete Quality-of-Life issue! Very very pleased!

He was rude to my wife and rude to my sister. He was dismissive of their concerns and when his treatment did not pan out, he bailed on us as a doctor saying, and I quote, "You can go to the ER or leave." He was defensive and accusatory and just plain didn't listen to my wife. He acted like he just didn't care. He needs a reminder on the Hippocratic Oath and that he is there to help patients, not his ego or bottom line. Staff was very nice - it's a shame they have to work with this guy.

Dr Kuykendall is very personable. He shows a definite interest in what his patient is sharing with him. He explains procedures and what to expect well. I was pleased with my care.

Dr Kuykendall is one heck of a Dr. So nice and so compassionate. He fixed me right up. I had a hysterectomy go wrong. The very first visit he told me what he thought was wrong and ordered for tests to be done that day. He has been my saving grace! Only thing I wish was better is that his nurses would return their calls but they dont very well. Hands down Dr. Kuykendall is amazing! Does not listen and he gives the impression that questions annoy him. Does not take time to understand problem that patient is having.

He did not follow up with us after the surgery like we were told and saw all the doctors did. He instructed the patient to come in 2 days after the surgery to follow up, The patient was pushed back to the following week. We tried to reach him or his nurse, no call back. The following week he took out the stint, and left a kidney stone in the patient although thats what he was in surgery for. Deserves to have license revoked. The entire practice is very unprofessional.
