I wish I had better news. A decent doc, who has an awful staff, and who the state of Arizona has shut down prescribing controlled substances. Find a different doctor.

I like this guy. But a doctor is only a fraction of the practice. You can’t reach them by phone, even for an appointment. All the office staff is understaffed and overwhelmed. The office is a train wreck. They’ll tell you they did something, and literally lie. They don’t do what they tell you they did. And you’re the helpless patient, in the middle. I just spent an entire day driving back and forth between them and the pharmacy, correcting a prescription they messed up. That’s it for me. Done.

The staff personnel is very rude. Very unprofessional people. This physician has not achieved a level of good medical experience after many years of practicing medicine. Cannot explain a diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Seeing this physician is a waste of money and time.
