Very nice dr Sammer Patel I went with my son as a new patient took us he prescribed medecine for the symptoms .

The office is rather small and the waiting room is not much bigger than a walk-in closet (ok, perhaps slightly bigger). There is not enough space to social distance from other people unless 2-3 feet is adequate for you, especially when ppl walk in the front door and go near you to get to the reception window. Some chairs are turned around so you can't sit in them which is expected. The reception window has no separation between you and the unmasked receptionist. While I was there a patient was not wearing a facemask (was wearing a chin guard). I understand from a patient that the back rooms are very small too. The filing system leaves much to be desired with folders crammed in tight with many folders hanging half off the shelves. I was very uncomfortable in the waiting room seeing all that just didn't seem right with covid going around. so I left without going in the back rooms.

I love them both.

took my mother for follow from hospital.dr. was late had a 1 hour wait. 2 nd. visit was also over 1 hr. wait .was supposed follow up with dr. from hospital . never did. gave her prescription .never sent .would never go to this doctor again.

unprofessional is the kindest thing i can say, my father needed a 3 page form filled out to get into an assisted living facility, he sat on the form for 5 weeks and when we finally saw him specifically to get the form filled out we'd still have to wait 2 more weeks, while in the room for my dad's appt he took 2 phone calls, did some texting on his cell and then told a member of his staff that he wasn't going to call a nurse back (at hospital) because she was "stupid"

Great Doctor. Pay close attention to details and provide time to patients. Excellent follow-up. I developed excellent trust to his advice.
