Dr. Patel and his staff of "Pink Ladies" are super friendly, caring, competent, knowledgeable, gentle and helpful. They always make time for your questions and no question is a dumb one. The office is clean and calm and Dr. Patel utilizes current technology but he is not over the top. Their self pay prices are very reasonable and they don't push you to get things done. Dr. Patel makes recommendations based on severity and then it is your choice to move forward at your pace. Dr. Patel has a GREAT bedside manner, he is very professional, kind and compassionate. He also has a gentle touch. I HIGHLY recommend him and his staff!

This was my second visit to Dr Patel since moving to McKinney. He has all the new equipment needed for doing a thorough exam and explains everything. More than once he asked if I had any questions and eagerly answered the questions I had. One thing that struck me after having gone to different dentists is he is the one to do the scaling of the teeth, not the hygienist. So I know that he knows exactly what is going on in my mouth. I feel lucky to have found a dentist of this caliber who also cares about his patients.

There's a reason Dr Patel is ranked so highly in city wide and other reviews you find on him. Its because he's really just that good. I've been going to him for years and don't ever intend to stop.. my family feels the same. He isn't overpriced, but he's certainly not a discount store either, and I have no doubt that the service and care I am getting is well worth it. Teeth are one of those things that you really can't overlook. You need them at least 3 times a day, right? I can't recommend him enough to anyone that asks. This Dentist cares about the patient, and will have your best interests in mind. And he's cool with you asking detailed questions if you have them, don't worry about that. The Office staff is awesome as well! (Cant have a great practice if you don't have great staff right? :) )

I would like everyone to know what it is to visit an office that is at your every beck and call. I had a severe tooth pain and called around on the weekend to get a return call and you can guess who was the first to reply. I ended up having a tooth removed and was at such ease knowing I chose a caring person who listened to me about my feelings. if your looking for someone who takes the time to know you , get your concerns answered and walk you through everything, this is the place I would highly recommend. After moving recently to McKinney we needed to find a new dentist. One of my friends recommended Dr Patel so we dropped in one day, met the doctor and the staff and made appointments. Today was the day. We were seen on time. We were made to feel like members of their family. I was skeptical at first that a small clinic would have all the modern equipment, but they do. The doctor went over the pictures and X-rays and explained everything. The hygienist was gentle and thorough. I felt really good about this first experience when it was all done.

I had a root canal done. I walked into the office with a serious tooth ache. After the root canal and a temporary crown I walked out with no pain. Same two weeks later after the permanent crown was installed. I could eat or drink anything, hot or cold right away with no pain. Good job.

I had prep work done for a bridge. Dr. Patel and his staff explained everything before the procedure started. During the procedure, they explained everything they were doing and told you about sounds you’d hear or presssure you’d feel. Dr. Patel has been my family dentist for 5 years. He and his staff have always given me and my wife great care. He has explained everything from a dental care plan and costs, to detailed comments before and during our dental procedures. I believe he has given us the best care we could receive. Dr. Patel and Lindsey were especially helpful today! I needed a procedure that I was particularly anxious about. I had a previous experience with another dentist that was very painful, and I was fearful that I would experience a similar pain. Dr. Patel thoroughly explained the numbing procedure and then Lindsey assisted me with additional concerns before I agreed to have the procedure done. Even though I was still quite anxious, they both talked me through the procedure, offering emotional support throughout. I experienced mild discomfort, which was to be expected. But more importantly, I felt cared for, as they recognized my fear, and dealt with me in a gentle, professional manner. And the outcome was perfect! A large filling between my two front teeth was disintegrating and needed replaced. After the procedure, my two front teeth look better now than they have in years! I'm feeling very grateful for exceptional dental care!

We moved, and I needed to find a new dentist in the McKinney area. The moment I walked in to the office I was warmly welcomed and not treated as just another patient. The computer generated paperwork was already filled in with the information they took over the phone. I have never experienced this personal, and very organized approach to initial paperwork! Dr. Patel took a minute and came out to waiting area and introduced himself to me before I came back to the exam area. Again, a very personal touch. Once in the exam room, his staff was an extension of him, extremely nice, happy, and organized. Clearly a team. I have never felt so much like a person in a doctors office. Dr. Patel's exam was thorough, and he took plenty of time going over the xrays and exam. He is very realistic on treatment plans, and made his recommendations on what needed to be done first, what could wait and be monitored, and what insurance would cover. I never felt like he was trying to "sell" me on any procedures. In my experience this type of dentist is very hard to find. The cleaning was also very thorough and did not feel rushed like I have experienced elsewhere. I would like to thank the entire staff for a very positive experience, and I look forward to many years of dental care with you.

It was the first time that I’ve had cavities and I was very nervous and scared of the procedure. The staff was very supportive caring and tried to make it as easy as possible for me to go under the procedure. They let me know at all times what they were doing in trying to assess if they needed to help me feel more comfortable during the time I was there. They even offered to hold my hand which I can total appreciate since I am super afraid of needles. They always trwat you like family!

Dr. Patel has been my dentist for nearly 5 years and he and his staff are always courteous to my wife and me every time we visit. We have received the best care from them. I liked the constant feedback during the procedure on what the team was doing and why they were doing it, and constantly checking to see how I was doing. Very clear and unambiguous discussion prior to procedure, on what was about to occur, and the constant feedback during procedure as described above was excellent. One area for improvement - post procedure instructions - I think we could have spent a little more time on those instructions and explained in a little more detail about what to expect and what to do when one gets home, instead of relying on the instructions provided on paper. The discussion was had but I thought it was rather too brief - when I got home, the instructions were talking about using "the gauze pad provided", but there was no gauze pad that was provided at the clinic - so I had to go to the pharmacy to get some. That was just a minor issue, my overall experience was fantastic.

I typically don't rate my experiences with businesses, however Dr. Patel and his team deserve this. There is nothing but good to say. This staff is unbelievably friendly to the customers, and extremely flexible with unique forms of payment. When the work begins, Dr. Patel explains every detail he is doing during the procedure, as it all flows nicely together. When you leave, you feel like you've known the team your whole life. I was very pleased with the fine care Dr. Patel and his staff gave to me today. Its enjoyable to go to this dental facility with its small town atmosphere, and very friendly staff.
