I wish I could give 0 stars. The only reason I even remotely stayed at this place was because no one was taking new patients during covid. Not only did she tell me to go to a hospital she was not affiliated with when my water broke. When the hospital called for my medical records to be sent her office never sent anything. The hospital couldn’t believe my doctor would tell me to go to a hospital within the same 5 mile radius that she did not deliver at. She also was extremely unprofessional during more than half of my appointments she would be eating which I find horrible bedside manner as a md. Also at times I would have to wait over two hours for my scheduled appointment. Over all the entire practice is horrible the only gem In that place is the secretary Mona. She was the sweetest. I dont want to give any stars but here is not option. The thing is I had work with her she don’t paid me. I am a medical assistant . there is a lady the name is Mona she had hired me. She told me training is paid .I am experienced medical assistant . She betrayed me . She is very rude. She don’t know how to talk to patients. Very unprofessional.

I am having pain in my stomach since she checked me .She is the worst doctor I ever met. My primary doctor refers me to this doctor so I went there for my pep smear .she also did my sonography to check IUD .The worst thing is that she checked me without wearing gloves, she didn’t even wash her hands before or after checkup. This office is just very greedy and just wants to charge your insurance for unnecessary appointments. If you miss a televisit appointment due to the doctor sending the link 1 hour after the scheduled appointment , they will not send your birth control prescription to the pharmacy. You do not mess with a woman's birth control and this happened more than once . Pap-smears are supposed to be once a year , and they will schedule you to come in every 6 months or they won't send your bc prescription. When I told the receptionist my issues with this, she was extremely rude and made assumptions that I clicked the link hours after the appointment which was not the case at all . After I told her I will look for another gynecologist because this behavior is unprofessional, she did not rebook the appointment for me to find out the results from the recent papsmear and it's been over a month since I've had it, with no knowledge of the result. Regardless whether I go back, she should have the decency to book the appointment I agreed on so I can at least know my results. I'm going to report this office. I’ve been going to Dr Samina Raghid since I was like 16 and she is the only obgyn doctor I would ever trust, she’s amazing bro. I always feel so cared for and taken serious.. she checks everything, always gives a sonogram and explains everything, she cares about you in a way that a mother would. I recommended a friend to her the other day because I only want people in my life to be in the best care and she truly is. Thank you so much Dr raghid keep being the dope doc you are! And yes the wait is alittle long but WORTH it. Would you rather have a quick appointment at a doctor that doesn’t care about your health? Worst experience of my life. There was no greeting nothing when I entered. She looked frustrated. She was rude and arrogant. Would get annoyed at every questions or issue I said. I literally stayed quiet as I was scared of her. Never going back

This place deserves less then 1 star. Dr. Samina Raghid is extremely unprofessional and does NOT know how to speak to patients. God for bid your English isn’t perfect and don’t understand what she says the first time. Trust you better keep your mouth shut and pretend you understood because she has one coming for you. I dont like leaving bad reviews for anyone but the experience i had with this doctors was THE WORST! Dr. Samina raghid is very unprofessional and does not know how to talk to her patients. Her first priority is to scare the patients out of their minds. I went over to her for my pregnancy checkups and I had few questions to ask the doctor. The doctor flat out told me not to ask too many questions. I wasnt feeling pain before visiting her office but after i left her office i was in a whole lot of pain for that night, she wasn’t gentle with the ultrasound wand at all. Another thing I thought was weird that she used a rubber hand glove to cover the transvaginal ultrasound wand and she wasn’t even wearing any gloves herself. After all the tests she did NOT give me clear answers. Totally unprofessional! This shouldn’t be the way to run the doctors office. Her office is very dirty. There is no protocol of Covid-19. Her office manager Moona is very Rude. They will over charged you. They took my credit card and charged more than what I owe. When I called, they said that they will refund it. Still waiting fir refund. I am urging all of you not to go to this office. They also lied to me that that my bill extra due to sales tax. I was treated like a subject my 1st visit. She kept showing this girl she's training parts of my body without my permission. I was so traumatized by this I didn't went back to her since. I wouldn't recommend this doctor at all.

All they care about is getting paid. I went to see Dr. Raghid and she said she would send out my prescription, but nothing was sent out. I called them the next day and informed them of this and a week later my prescription was still not sent out. The service there is terrible and the doctor seems to not care at all. She was very rude with me because I didn’t use the bathroom before seeing her although I was not going to get a PAP done. Have a decuctible? BEWARE OF OVERCHARGING!!! Very disappointed with the service. I was forced into a new insurance plan and had to change OBGYN. I went for my initial visit then a follow up 2 weeks later. I received 2 different bills one week apart with double amount on the second one but both bills had both dates of services already processed. I called their billing dept 4 times with NO response. I had to call the office to speak to the doctor with no help other than she will tell billing person to call me. She didnt. What's worse is that billing hours is only from 10-2pm on Thursdays !!!! I had to call the office and give attitude before someone finally called me back to help. By that time I already called my insurance company to see how much I owe. Turns out I was overcharged $50 more in my deductible. They never said they're sorry for the inconvenience, didn't seem like they cared. All I needed was a check up so I can get a birth control prescription (THATS IT!)...and to really annoy me, this office requires 6 months visits to get a new prescription for the next 6 months!!!!! I'm not pregnant, young and healthy. I just need pills. I called my previous docs place for a self pay rate and it will cost me the same but i get my prescriptions for a whole year!!!!! So I would be paying once instead of every 6 months. NEVER going back. Unprofessional and sneaky people. Call ur insurance company and double check your deductible is correct. Doctor Raghid is a Excellent doctor..she guided me through my pregnancy & she delivered my child at StJohn Hospital. Did everything I wanted with out me providing a birth plan.. ie: skin to skin contact with my baby right after birth. Agree with other reviewer, you only see the midwife... and if you question the midwife she tries to dismiss your question and seem to not know exactly what she saying..i found her giving many contradictory and vague answers..i would not recommend this place...

I really like going there because it's quick and there's parking in the back ( at the Elmont location) the midwife-nurse practitioner and the girl who takes vitals are really nice and professional.

The doctor only shows up 1 day of the week. She has a mid wife handle all her clients. They tell you the doctor is in. When you get there she's no where to be found.

This practice deserves no stars. First issue is that there is no Dr.Samina Raghid here. There is only a midwife. Secondly, it take over 45 minutes to just have your blood pressure taken and then after they do that you must sit and wait again for a MIDWIFE not a doctor. Thirdly, when I finally got to see the midwife she was on the phone half the time. She took a sonogram and was too busy on her phone to tell me what she saw. Absolutely disgraceful! She delivered my son ❣️ and she also have multiple offices which is very convenient for me , she very concerned and organized at her offices even her hospital locations

This has been my doctor for over 10 years. She delivered all of my children. Sometimes there is a lengthy wait especially on the weekends but for the most part she is a fantastic doctor. She also has a midwife to her staff who is also really great with patience. If you don't like long waits don't come on the weekends.

Dr. Samina is the worst doctor to see for prenatal care. She deserves less than one star.. She is never at the office and I always had to see her assistant , not once did I meet Samina. Each time I saw her assistant the appointment felt rushed and I didn't get much help or advice on how to deal with the pain I was dealing with. I had terrible round ligament pain and she didn't offer any solution or any helpful advice that could was helpful. The office was also very filthy. Would never recommend

Went to her for my pregnancy. She was ok during most of my pregnancy but towards the end it seemed like she was pushing me to get a c-section after telling her numerous times I wanted to deliver the baby naturally. I feel like she tried to play on my fears and emotions so that Iwould opt for a c-section.

MUST READ... BEFORE DECIDING TO GO SEE THIS DOCTOR... Dr. Samina is one of the worst doctors in Valley Stream.. She has no manners on how to talk to patients always gives stupid answers. I have met a lot of doctors in my life and have written ALWAYS good about the doctors SHE IS THE ONLY DOCTOR I AM FORCED TO WRITE NEGATIVE BECAUSE OF HER BEHAVIOUR. Simply put, if you ask her i am not feeling well, she responds I can't tell by just looking at you. I truly had a very bad experience.

I called to make an appointment and was on hold for 10min until someone spoke to me, she asked what insurance I had and said she will check and put me back on hold for 47min. If I actually booked my appointment i wouldn't mind but waiting 47min and then being hang up on is ridiculous.

My experience with Dr. Raghid was truly bad. She is extremely rude and overly authoritarian. She will leave everything on the patient rather than actively engaging in making important medical decisions with the patient. Very disappointed # Highly not recommended!
