Dr. Bibawi has shown care and compassion for me since my first visit. I feel confident in his care.

Wonderful Dr & a Wonderful staff. They truly care about their patients so glad we chose him as my husbands oncologist..

Worse experience, I never had a doctor who I could say showed less compassion and care than Samar Bibawi. Stay away from this egotistical man! He doesn’t care about your feelings, and less about your comfort. He and his team showed total disregard for safety precautions during Covid. His license should be stripped from him.

This Dr. And his team saved my life. Very professional and friendly.

My fiance was treated by Dr. Bibawi. He was not compassionate or caring. He was just seeing my fiance as a number and was following the treatment template without any creativity. It was just a job for him. He was not current on clinical trials and was not open to patient's comments or requests. He was always telling my fiance he have 3 mths to live without treatment and 6-9 mths to leave with treatment. He is the worst oncologist. Based on his attitude, my fiance fired him and went to another doctor who was open, compassionate, caring and up to date on the various clinical trials. My fiance was treated by Dr. Bibawi. My fiance was treated by Dr. Bibawi. He was not compassionate or caring. He was just seeing my fiance as a number and was following the treatment template without any creativity. It was just a job for him. He was not current on clinical trials and was not open to patient's comments or requests. He made him wait for 5mths. By then the cancer spread everywhere. He is not proactive with the disease. Based on his attitude, my fiance fired him and went to another doctor who was open, compassionate, caring and up to date on the various clinical trials.

Dr Bibawi has a wonderful bed side manner, the staff is wonderfully nice and the building is also very beautiful.

Dr. Bibawi is a kind and gentle soul. He is very patient with me while on this cancer journey. I explicitly trust him with my life. He has my best interest at heart.

My mother has been a patient of Bibawi's for two years. In the last six months she has developed major dementia and we can't figure out why. She is still receiving chemo and getting scans every six weeks. He recently sent her to the emergency room and I wanted to discuss the tests that were run with him as well as request a liver specialist. I have put in two messages and have waited two weeks without a response. Suddenly he is too busy to care to return a simple call. We're being completely ignored and we don't understand what is going on.

Dr. Bibawi first diagnosed my blood cancer back in 2015. I began chemotherapy in August 2020 when my blood count got to a dangerous level. When I asked Dr. B about any side effects from the oral chemo medicine I was prescribed, he said there wasn't any... however, when I later reviewed the medication, I found 50% of patients experience an enlarged spleen. I was disappointed that I was not told about that and other potential side effects that can be alarming. Also, perhaps just because he has too many patients?, the Patient Portal questions do not get answered. I tried calling and asking his nurse, and she did return my call -- but when I asked 2 additional questions, I never received any answers. I'm sure he is very knowledgeable and quite good, being D Magazine's SUPER Doctor, just disappointed I cannot get responses to questions.

I began chemo treatments with Dr Bibawibi March, 2020. I regularly met with Dr B weekly for about 5 weeks. During those meetings he always answered all my questions and was always concerned about how I was feeling, my weight , etc. I did surprisingly well with the treatment (and the radiation). I was not sick and felt reasonably good until the last ten days when I lost most of my hair and tiredness set in , which Dr B said to expect. His staff was always courteous and caring. I would highly recommend Dr Bibawibi and appreciate what he did for me.

This Dr and his staff don't care about their patients. Do not tell the truth. And one of the reasons my mom is not with me anymore.

Lovely bedside maner. Big smile. Very compitent doctor and we all loved him and his staff.

I was seeing Dr.Bibawi for a cancer scare, during a visit to a Rheumatologist and blood work I was told I had a protein associated with Bone cancer Dr Bibawi ran more tests and said everything was ok. he was very warm and reassuring I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.

Doctor is helpful. But the nurses, the nurse office, omg . So rude and they don't care about anything.

It's ridiculous. They said arrive early so I could do my paper work or my appointment may have to be rescheduled for lack of time and I'd have to pay a cancellation fee, and I did arrive early 25 min early only to be told when I checked in, oh you'll do that after your appointment downstairs. So tell me again why I have to arrive early? The I sat there for 45 min after they called me back and got my vitals so now I've been there over an hour and no doctor. I could understand had it been in the afternoon and appointments ran longer than expected but I scheduled a 9:00 appointment for that very reason. So I walked out and told them I was canceling my appointment because my time was more valuable than sitting there for almost an hour and a half and not being seen, they asked if I'd like to reschedule. To which I replied ah, no, he can't keep his appointments, I'll find a doctor who can. They should have to pay me for not keeping their scheduled appointments. It's ridiculous. Best doctor n best staff.

Was always familiar with my case and took my side effects from the chemo seriously. Valued my time as much as his own

I was referred to Dr. Bibawi by my GP. He went above & beyond to explain my medical diagnosis. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Bibawi since 2013 after surgery for a Carcinoid tumor. He has a wonderful bedside manner & is very professional as well as compassionate.

Dr. Bibawi, his staff and the cancer center took care of me from Feb. 2013 thru Feb.2018. Dr. Bobawi is a wonderful doctor and human being. The chemo area was full of wonderful kind caring funny and sweet nurses and volunteers. Thank you Dr. Bibawi and the cancer center for my excellent care❤

We first met Dr. Sam Bibawi in May 2009 and were pleased with his knowledge, expertise, and caring attitude. He is always on time and expects his patients to be on time. His staff has always treated us with respect and care for our comfort and privacy. I feel fortunate to never be a number or a statistic in the staff's eyes. Dr Bibawi has been the reason I was able to handle my cancer diagnosis. He was in my hospital room every day around 4:30 to check on me. He has explained everything to me in terms that I can understand and does not rush me if I have questions for him. This is such a scary time in your life when you hear these words CANCER so it definetly helps when you have someone as compassionate in your corner to see you through these difficult times as Dr. Bibawi. I do recommend him as you go thru this..

Dr. Bibawi is an amazing Doctor! I was so scared that day, but he put me at ease and explained so much to me. He saw me 3 months later, then 6 months, then went to a year. This last visit he has now released me for 2 years. Thank YOU Dr. Bibawi as you put all the fears to rest and I was able to put 100% trust in you. YOUR staff and you are #1 to me!! HE Is so good I made sure my sister is a patient of his too.

I have a blood disorder known as Factor V Leiden. Dr. Bibawi has been helping me deal with this for almost ten years. Then, in 2013 my husband developed esophageal cancer. Dr. Bibawi treated him along with radiation therapy, and he recovered. He has been cancer free for five years. We trust Dr. Bibawi with our lives. Not only is he a wonderful and effective doctor, he is a kind and gentle man who truly cares for his patients. Love him!!

I have been going to Dr. Bibawi for about 3 years now. I first go for a lab test which literally takes 15 minutes. I am always taken within 15 minutes. Never had to wait. After a couple of days I meet with Dr. Bibawi who is always compassionate of my condition and always with a smile on his face. He is very knowledgeable and I trust his diagnosis and recommendations. I would highly recommend Dr. Bibawi to any of my family or friends.

Generally very good. As with most doctors he could be more cognizant of the cost of the tests and treatments he orders. I could have saved money by having testing done outside Methodist hospital system.

Dr. Bibawi, Dr. Derose, and their staff diagnosed and treated my very rare cancer in 2013. At 5 years, I am cancer free. They treated me with excellent medical and emotional support. Everything from friendly greetings, hugs, art therapy, and massage were available each time I went in for treatment or follow up care. They offer the latest protocols, and can answer all questions you may have. I highly recommend Richardson Cancer Center and Dr. Bibawi.

We drive all the way from Frisco because of Dr B and his team. Can't get better than that.

I was diagnose with cancer in April 2017. And Dr. Bibawi is my doctor and he make me feel at ease when I go see him. When he walk in the room with that big smile on his face. The smiles and the hugs are very special too me I would recommend he to anyone.

Dr Bibawi is a wonderful person he helped me through my first procedure was going well started my every 4 month scan and unfortunately some markers were high so I will be going through it again but I trust him with my whole heart.

Having a great doctor to treat your medical needs is very important. However, I need more. Dr. Bibawi does just that, he offers more. Dr. Bibawi makes you feel at ease with his warm, genuine smile. It's clear he genuinely cares. He wears that smile EVERY time he enters a room. He has a very kind, gentle demeanor and wow that feels great as a patient! So, if you're looking for a doctor to treat your illness and a great man to treat you kindly as a person, Dr. Bibawi is your guy!

Dr. Bibawi's bedside manner is amazing. I saw him last week, scared out of my wits that I had cancer because my primary care physician referred me to him without any indication why. Dr. Bibawi was great in calming me down, explaining why I was referred, and assuring me he would keep me informed at all steps of the process. I'm sure his treatment of patients with more serious illnesses is unparalleled also. Rare to find a physician who really cares these days... this is a great man.

My mom, a picture of heath, was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma cancer after being sick for 2 months only. we where devastated by the news but Dr Babawi's gentle and compassionate care was the best. she is on the latest imunotherapy combo and is doing remarkably, now in remissen after only 4 months of treatment. the best there is. god bless you Dr B. Highly recommended if you have a difficult situation.
