Dr. Salvador Juventino Mendez

Dr Mendez is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. He cares about his patients and he should be your first choice. My husband had both hips replaced, different years, and he’s doing great. I require pain shots on occasion in my shoulder and knees and Danny Sanchez with years of experience has a gentle touch and pain free injections. Thank you Danny I no longer stress out when I need a shot. Thank you to all the staff for being kind and welcoming! We appreciate you all!

Didn’t seem like he cared one bit about my problem And seemed like he was in a rush. I Haven’t had the beat experiences in DHR. Don’t waste your time and go to another dr.

Very professional, very patient to hear all the details of my problem, studied very well the situation and offered good solution to my problem, avoiding surgery and expensive treatments like others before him, solve my issue quickly and efficiently

Worst costumer service !! They are asking me for a legal document that shows I’m the guardian parent of my cousin when obviously to get insurance they needed that info so that means I do have it but I don’t carry it with me cuz never thought they would of ask for it , so therefore they skipped me like 5times when I was the first one to arrive !!! Now waiting for the pediatrician to open at 9 so they can send them a copy ! What a waste of time ! Never again I’m gonna ask for referral to another doctor ! Worst costumer service !! Worst time there I took my 2 yr old and I waited 3 hours to be seen ! And when I was talking to the receptionist she gave me attitude and everything was just the worse I didn't wanna be there any more than any one else to also be receiving attitude from her , and the the Dr came in and he was GREAT but he literally saw my son for maybe 5 MINUTES and got an XRay and that literally took 5 MINUTES I was looking at my watch so we saw the Dr again after XRay maybe another 5 MINUTES so in total it was 15 MINUTE visit and waited in the room for 45 minutes to be seen and go to XRay room and see Dr after XRay again Dr was great he's friendly bilingual super nice just awesome but the fact that I was there for 4 hours to be seen for 15 minutes is ridiculous and unacceptable my 2 year old was so tired and hungry I felt so bad and all they could say was oh sorry for your wait when there was not even 10 patients there I don't understand why I was literally the last patient to get out literally and I was there 1 hour before my appointment . Dr. SALVADOR Mendez is very rude ....I try to explain my situation and how I fall. He was inpatient and said stop is not how Its. He will constantly stop me from explaining. I asked the staff if he was like that every time. And she said: "I wasn't here in the room". I will never recommend patient to go to DHR. My husband was referred to Dr. Mendez. Was able to go as a walk in the same day as referred. His staff is amazing and kind. Very helpful. DHR helps low income so we were finally able to get help. Just amazing experience all the time.

When you have a specialist scheduled out for 3 weeks, I expected to see a M.D. Not a P.A in medical school or a PA. When people are going in for serious things waiting out that long should require the courtesy of asking is a PA or Med student okay for you or your child medical appointment!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Salvador J. Mendez. He performed my knee replacement surgery and I am completely pain free! After I left the hospital I’ve been following Dr’s orders/recommendations and I haven’t dealt with any pain. Haven’t taken any pain medicines. Dr. Mendez explained and answered all the questions I had from pre op to post op. I am extremely happy! I highly recommend him! Horrible place, front desk staff member Cassandra very rude very unprofessional..

Worst dr ever! My daughter and I waited 2hrs before getting seen just for him to say she is fine and will see you in a month????. Wow he didn't even examine her or anything. Plus the receptionist really has an attitude problem! Beware of this clinic!

Worst place ever, first time there and one of the girls named Vania was super rude. Im sorry Dr. Mendez but now I know why your reviews are soooo bad. Please change your office staff so patients can come in and see smiling helping faces. Not employees whom do not like there jobs. Please anyone reading these DO NOT waste your time going to this office. Never got to meet the Doctor but if his staff is like that i can imagine how his manner is. I can say with full confidence that Dr. Mendez and his staff have been nothing but professional and have provided great service.

If you want the be treated by an HONEST doctor, who will evaluate and prescribe based upon the patient's needs, and not earning a fee - Dr. Mendez should be your first choice.

ON JAN 2016 MY WIFE VISITED DR MENDEZ COMPLAINING OF CONTINUAL NECK PAIN. AFTER ORDERING AN MRI, HE WAS UNSATISFIED WITH THE IMAGE AND ORDERED A SECOND. HE WAS CERTAIN A TUMOR WAS SHOWN ON THE IMAGE, THOUGH A BLUR. SHE WAS REFERED TO DR JUAN PADILLA WHO CONFIRMED THE DIAGNOSIS. HER SUCCESFUL SURGERY ELIMINATED WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A DEBILITATING CONDITION. THANKS DR MENDEZ. PHILLIP AND ALICE ELLIOTT
