I've had nothing but good experiences with this doctors office. The front always say "good morning Katie" as soon as they see me. That's important to me, it makes me feel welcome and at ease like they're my friends. Everyone is super friendly and it feels genuine. The office has never been over crowded and im in and out in a timely manner. Dr. Khan is amazing. He listens... He explains... and has a wonderful attitude and personality. I feel like I could tell him anything. He is a professional but also has a wonderful sense of humor. I like this doctors office from the front all the way to the back.

Both Doctor Khan and Martha are very attentive to your health concerns. They have an awesome team and staff is always on top of things. Love the txts I get from them encouraging feed back !

Dr. Marta Saucedo is amazing. She takes the time to listen to her patients concern’s and treat them with all the respect they deserve. I am surprised at the amount of 1 start reviews. I have been seeing Dr. Khan for a few months now. I was referred to him by someone close and I am glad I decided to schedule an appointment. I am grateful to have found a doctor who truly cares and understands! He has been very thorough with me from the beginning and always addresses my concerns. This is probably the worst and the most irresponsible Doctor I have ever met. My mom was his patient since day1 of her heart condition. During her journey, from his office to the surgery table, we probably seen him 5 times and he usually canceled or made the appointment a month apart. Mind you my mom was in critical condition. We havent seen him for years after her surgery. But recently my mom been having problems with her heart and wanted to make an appointment with him. We came to find out that he have been dropping her because she is on Medical?? But we got no notice or update. So now I have to call every single doctor in the area to find a doctor for my mom, who in need to see the doctor for her heart. So I would not recommend him to anyone. Please do not visit this doctor. Very incompetent doctor and staff. They always forget things, and the doctor sees patients totally unprepared and without reviewing their file.

Rude representative.. I had an appointment today 9/16 its 8:40am at a certain time early and have been waiting for someone to open and instead of saying good morning she says its open!!!.. but I think when your late to work instead of saying its open you have to apologize for opening your doors late.Take your job serious.. very petty from the representative at this office located in cesar chavez at white memorial. Dr. Khan's office uses a 3rd party answering service. The answering service will fax your message to the main office and the main office will contact you back, or at least, that's how it is supposed to work. I contacted Dr. Khan's office on Friday during business hours. I left a message with the 3rd party service requesting to schedule an appointment. I heard nothing back from the main office. I continued to call during regular business hours for a whole week. Everytime I was received by the 3rd party answering service, but heard nothing from the main office. It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard one thing from the main office. I will be changing doctors as soon as possible. i would give it zero stars if possible.. the most incompetent staff I have ever met. Had to wait over an hour to see the doctor, who turns out wasn't even the doctor i went to see. Staff would rather be gossiping than helping the people that walk in.

The worst doctor I have ever had to deal with. He doesn’t care about you. He doesn’t care about what you’re dealing with. He’s a POS. His office staff are incompetent. Choose any other doctor. If your friend has medical advice for you probably a better option.

I have known Dr. Khan since 2009. Dr Khan is very caring, compassionate, intelligent, professional. His office staff members are very nice, caring and professional. Dr. Khan takes time to listen to his patients' concerns and provides excellent medical care.
