Saw this doctor back in August 2022 She never called me with my lab results and I asked for my results to be mailed it was never done it’s 2023 and I’m still struggling to get a copy of my blood work

I've been here three times -- every single time, without fail, the doctor sees me 2 HOURS PAST MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. Either don't overbook or find a way to streamline your services. This is an extremely small clinic run by the physician and a medical assistant who is clearly overworked by having to do both secretary + medical assistant duties, including lab work. I would love to endorse a small clinic, but in this case, the big guys do it way better. And unfortunately, the care here is NOT worth the 2 hour wait. The doctor does come off as approachable and caring, but is not thorough and misses things: this is someone you would have to bring your questions/concerns to, otherwise, important things might get missed. (But wait till you see your itemized bill later! Nothing gets missed there!) This is not a place I would recommend anyone to rely as their Primary Care Physician, who plays a very crucial role in your wellbeing! I would especially like to note that the medical assistants collect blood work in red tubes BEFORE you meet with the physician. Then they transfer the blood work to different tubes based on whatever the physician orders after she sees you. The assistants put everyones blood work in the same place, without any patient labels/identifiers. I would never trust doing my blood work here. Update: I was billed for lab work for a follow-up appointment that was never performed. Is this place performing insurance fraud? Seriously.. don't come here.

Dr. Alwani doctor office is conveniently located to a neighbor with street parking. The stuff are friendly, very helpful and accommodating. My mother is been coming to this practice for few years since they came to the US and Dr. Alwani is kind, understanding to her patient and accommodating as well. We have a great experience; as a result I transpered my whole family to her and she now our family doctor. I highly recommend this practice.

I'm posting on behalf of my uncle Bruce, who is one of Dr. Alwani's long-time patients. We've been visiting her office for nearly ten years at this point, no doubt due to her thoroughness and her caring nature. She has always been spot-on with catching a health concern before it spirals out of control (which my uncle has had several of unfortunately). The best thing about Dr. Alwani is her keen attention to details, her thoughtfulness and her wanting her patients to live up to a certain standard of excellent health. We love her very much.

They kept me waiting in a small smelly dirty waiting room for over an hour if they cant see me why would they schedule my appointment??? The reviews that the office is new and clean are lies even the pen they gave me to fill out my chart was dirty. And there is still a chance of getting covid so have a window open! Absolutely horrible! Anytime I go to see her I end up waiting and hour before they even take my blood, then I have to wait another long period of time before seeing her. As a doctor she is extremely unprofessional- I have gone to her twice in regards to needing paperwork done for surgery and she has refused to give me the necessary paperwork both times. This second time she blatantly lied and said insurance doesn’t cover it, how does my insurance not cover mY DOCTOR filling out medical clearance!?! I’m beyond disgusted with her in all aspects and quite frankly she needs to be fired. Absolutely horrible!
