Salahuddin Kaddoura

Over a year ago I went in to get my leg looked at. Described what I was going through, and how the pain was acting. He knew it was my back. He sent for MRI to find a crushed sciatica on my left side. Referred me to a great surgeon.

Dr. Kaddoura is truly amazing. He has been treating my mother, Kathy for years. He is very genuine, caring and takes the time to check things out to get to a medical issue. He has even called my mother numerous times at home to check how she is doing when she has been really sick. He's truly a gem!

A recent test found a mass in the left front portion of my mother’s brain. When trying to get her scheduled with a neurosurgeon, we were given a list of what Kaddoura’s office needed to send them prior to an initial consultation. I called Kaddoura’s office twice in one day to give them the information to be sent to the neurosurgeon and asked for a callback confirmation. No one ever returned my call. In desperation, my mother drove to their office the following morning to see what was causing the delay and was told they had no record of my two calls from the previous day and promised they would send all of the required info to the neurosurgeon that same day. To make it worse, when I spoke to the neurosurgeon the following day, Kaddoura’s office had only sent ONE piece of the required information. They promised the neurosurgeon to get the rest of the information to them “later that day”. We are still waiting. Totally callous and insensitive.

Dr Kaddoura is a wonderful doctor. he is thorough and kind and always takes time to listen to you. However his front office staff that answers the phone and make appointments are rude and unprofessional. Just so you know why your patients are finding out primary care doctors.

He is amazing doctor.but we have waited 40 to 45 minutes two different times the people at the front desk was rude about saying not I didn't have a appointment when I have had one we gonna try one more time with a appointment and see how it goes

I have been seeing Dr Kaddoura for about a year now. He is extremely careful and thorough every time I come in. He is so knowledgeable and I feel like I can trust him and tell him anything! I honestly don’t think I’ve ever loved one of my Drs so much! He is one of a kind!

Dr Kaddoura is one of the few doctors that actually listens to you and doesn't talk down to you. I have been with him for years and NEVER had a bad experience.

Doesn’t listen just looks in chart and reads history!

Amazing physician. Dr. Kaddoura is our family's physician and he is genuinely interested in every patient he sees. He takes the time to address each patients' concerns, creates treatment plans, and personally does follow up calls. If you're looking for a top-notch doctor, do what we did, call Dr. Kaddoura.

Dr. kaddoura has taken care of us since he started at Sparks’s 10 years ago. He really cares and shows that by responding to our calls and emails. I’ve never had a Doctor who addresses all of our concerns and as my husband says he is “proactive” ! If it is urgent he will make room for you. My husband has a rare disease and has been a challenge but he has gotten us thru it.
