Dr. Saji Jacob is very kind and caring. He puts his patients at ease.

Dr Jacobs explained the procedure thoroughly. He spent ample time fielding our questions and describing what to expect in the coming weeks & months.

Dr. Jacob is an awesome and knowledgeable doctor. He is concerned and caring. I wish he would move from CVA. They absolutely have the worse service in the would. I arrived 1 hour early and was there 4 hours.

Seems to rush to conclusions without considering all aspects of the case; bedside manner is atrocious.

My experience since I have been seeing Dr. Jacob is excellent. He always is clear and concise with me concerning my health problem and based on other situations that I am aware of he is a truly caring physician of his patients. His intent is not solely the dollar but his patients interest as well.

I have had a great experiance with Dr. Jacob. He shows a good interest in the medical history and conditions of his patients.

I really like Dr Jacob and think he is an excellent Doctor; however, I don't think I will go back because it is very unacceptable to keep his patients waiting so long. Every single time I have had an appointment I have waited up to 3 hours in the waiting room. I have tried making appointments at different times to see what I can do to help, but nothing changes. I made appointments to be the first one of the day and also the first one after lunch, but the wait was still there.

I have been using Dr. Jacob for several years and am highly satisfied with his knowledge and care of me. He is an excellent Dr.

Excellent care. Smart and takes time to explain everything. Never had to wait long. I highly recommend him.

My 2nd trip here with my mother and the wait is uncalled for.

I would never recommend him for anyone. He either doesn't know how to read test or doesn't care if his patients die. This man does not need To be practicing medicine anywhere. He allowed me to continue for 4 weeks with a torn mitral valve & told me repetitively I had pneumonia & to be tough. Even when my legs/ankles were the size of tree stumps. He doesn't even deserve the 1 star but the survey is incomplete without checking the box. STAY AWAY

Dr. Jacob did my arteriogram through the brachial artery. I was very scared but little pain and he was very thorough. He was very kind, patient, and explain everything very well. His bedside manner was excellent. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends He seems very experienced.
