Excellent! Thank you for everything!

Dr. Sabah is an excellent diagnostician as well very thorough with her approach in helping patients stabilize or recover from their mental illness challenges. She takes her time and truly listens. She is the best psychiatrist I’ve found for my bipolar disorder.

been seeing dr sabah for 10 years, she is wonderful. Always listens to my concerns and is willing to help. She is straightforward and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

She does not seem to be even listening to what I am saying. Just seems to be focused on wrapping up quickly and getting me out. Long waiting time, very short session, preoccupied doctor, and focused on getting patient out ASAP. She should learn how to deal with patients from my family physician who is awesome! I will be switching psychiatrists soon. Can’t go on seeing her. It makes me feel very bad when I feel that she just wants to get me out of the room and usher in the next patient as soon as she can. I guess she tries to see as many patients as she can in one day and so she rushes through the sessions. More patients, more money. Why was she allowed to become a psychiatrist?!!!! If I could give half a star I would do that.

The first few visits with Dr. Sabah were good and I felt pretty hopeful with my diagnosis. As time went on Dr. Sabah became more short with her answers, didn’t listen to concerns, and often distracted. The office visits always were incredibly behind, on average I would wait over an hour for my appointment. And trying to contact the administrative staff is beyond a task. They have now changed it to an all voicemail system, you can only leave a message. No one is there to help. It has really really gone down hill. Even my pharmacist has heard nightmarish stories about this practice. Also, Dr. Sabah will only provide 30 day scripts to keep you coming back every month. It’s getting to be tedious and incredibly expensive.

Total lack of empathy. Dr. Sabah was extremely late for every visit (30-60 minutes). Then when you do get in there, she seldom lets you speak, doesn’t listen when you do and will send you on your way as quickly as she possibly can with more medications than you need. She is not genuine and certainly doesn’t feel a need to connect with her patients. I always left feeling worse. It only took a few times to realize I’d never be back. Writing this in hopes that others don’t waste their time.

Does not listen to what I am going through, appointment is rushed and just writes out the medicine. If the meds were over the counter, I would just go to a pharmacy to pick up. Wouldn’t need to go to her then.

Unsympathetic, lack of empathy, just wants to get the appointment done so that she is not late for other patients, sometimes I leave her office even more depressed than I already was. She has managed to become a psychiatrist but she does not have the empathy needed to make a patient feel heard. I found her to be superficial and somewhat irritating in the way she seems to not understand why something is a problem for me.

Dr. Sabah was very abrupt and unsympathetic. She was very dismissive when I informed her that the medication she prescribed was not working and refused to try different options. She could also be accusatory for no reason. Her knowledge of medication and math skills were impeccable unfortunately she lacked the empathy to be able to successfully apply her knowledge in the doctor/patient environment. I always thought she had the ability to help many more people if she showed compassion regularly!

She didn't take into account past medication history and forced me into ECT which did not help. I left the hopsital worse.
