Doc Sage and Jill Shanahan are top notch. I came to them when my regular doctor wanted to put me on drugs for high cholesterol, but I knew I was otherwise healthy and wanted more information about my body before I started on an Rx regimen. I also presented with mild complaints of gut issues and overall just feeling my 40s after having had lots of babies, and I wanted to be proactive with my health. After taking lots of labs that no other doctor had every mentioned, we discovered some unique things about my body, and they charted a nutrition and wellness course that resulted in reduction in cholesterol and balancing of lots of metrics that I never knew to measure before. I came to Dr. Sage and Jill when unfortunately my body hit a health crisis. After an initial consult, I knew she was the best doctor for my needs. She was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated from the start. During my health crisis I was misdiagnosed multiple times from other physicians, my husband who is a physician recommended seeing someone who understood my genetic deficiencies and the nutrition that could support them. Where to start? That was my big question & I wasn’t getting any answers. So many issues & no real direction that is until beginning my health journey this year with Doc Sage. I had gut issues, the inability to lose weight & a foggy brain to name a few. Dr. Sage helped me with a torn rotator. Significantly reduced the discomfort and helped range of motion, and most importantly kept me out of surgery! Also a rock star when dealing with helping keep colds minimized. And an awesome chiro to boot!

SLEEP! I was waking up every couple of hours and staying awake for an hour or so. I went to see Doc Sage and she had me sleeping 8+ hours straight!! So thankful that now I can get a full night’s sleep!!
