Dr. Safdar N Khan

Dr. Khan, and his team, performed a pelvis-to-T10 fusion surgery on my spine to alleviate my back pain which was due primarily to spinal stenosis. One year later, I am still pain free. Dr. Khan is the most humble and caring doctor that I have ever met. I recommend highly.

Very competent, caring surgeon. He does not push things on you. He is very good at explaining what is causing your problem then explaining what he would do to alleviate your symptoms.

Dr. Khan is a one of a kind doctor. The sincere care he has demonstrated towards my son, who has been struggling with back pain, has been unbelievable. He has called my son to check on him, then followed up with a call to me. In addition, he provided his cell number for us to call with any questions and/or concerns. He is truly a blessing. BEWARE of Dr Khan. He ruined my cervical spine. What should have been been a simple disc implant has been a complete nightmare. Also, post operative care is non existent, he could care less. Stay away from Dr Khan, for your own good.

From my initial time seeing Dr Kahn, which was a fall injury, to follow-ups, to needing to have surgeries, Dr Kahn has always been the same person. He is friendly, competent, compassionate, caring, i could go on and on. He feels like family.

Dr. Khan is an excellent doctor. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Dr. Kahn is the most attentive and kind doctor. He actually listened to me and helped me tremendously. I’m about to have my third surgery with him and I wouldn’t trust my spinal issues with anyone else.

A year & a half ago, Dr. Khan performed a multilevel spinal lumbar fusion for me. It was a complete failure due to uncharacteristic loosening of hardware. After a repeat & lengthier surgery to repair the damage and secure new &additional hardware I am doing great. It has been over 3 months post surgery & I would not ever recommend Dr. Khan to anyone. After lots of research for the 2nd surgery I selected a top rated neurological surgeon from one of the best programs in the US & got my life back

Dr. Khan stays true to his word about treating patients as if they are family. I had major back surgery. He spent more time with me in my first session making sure I understood why my pain was happening and how he would fix it, than my old Dr did in the three years I saw him off and on. He is a man with a sense of humor and bedside manner that puts you at ease. Highly recommend anyone having spine issues go see him. My family and I are so blessed to have met Dr. Khan. My father had two disc surgeries in the past done by two different doctors and this year he was told he needed a third surgery. After going to multiple doctors we came across Dr. Khan. He is an incredible individual, not only is he an amazing surgeon, he also has such a strong desire to help his patients. He truly cared for my father and checked on him multiple times after his surgery. I really believe he is a miracle worker. My father was in excruciating pain for months and was not pleased with what doctors had to say until he met Dr. Khan. He explained to my father what he felt was needed to be done and shared his reasoning. He also went over my father's MRI and showed him where his problem areas were. It is difficult to agree to any type of surgery, but Dr. Khan explained everything so well and provided evidence to prove his decisions. I highly suggest Dr. Khan and if your are struggling with back pain and need to have surgery done to schedule an appointment with him. He has everything a person looks for in a doctor, he is extremely talented in orthoneuro, he is genuine and cares so much about his patients. Dr Lhancurrent policies to see patients are not only ilógicas but show a lack of true caring towards his previous patients. It is all bout the money and the least time posible spent with the patient 1) after two years of the surgical procedure you are considered a new patient hence forth charge new patient fees (more money) 2) Even though you have had a previous surgical procedure with Dr the patient is required to have a teferal from a physician to justified the new patient fees

Dr. Khan is one of the kindest Doctors I have had. He made it possible for me to walk upright again. I am nearly pain free. His skills as a surgeon made that possible. His after care with his fine staff kept me in contact with his office. I can't say enough about his staff and they are the ones that help me transition into a new person with Dr. Khan supervision. thank you. dbm
