Dr. Saeed Bajwa

I suffered a sub-arachnoid brain hemorrhage on 8/11/2001. It felt like someone had hit me in the back of the head with a baseball bat. Fortunately, Dr. Bajwa was on call. A drain was placed in the top of my head and in the base of my spine to relieve the pressure. Several trips up my carotid arteries were performed to find the leak. After three days, the bleeding stopped on it's own. Dr. Bawja said that it was a vein that have broken and veins will collapse and heal themselves. Shortly thereafter, all drains were removed. But I started having head aches again. More trips up my Carotid arteries to look for the leak...but it wasn't blood causing the increase in pressure, it was brain fluid. The original blood leak had caused my ventricle to swell partially shut causing a build up of Cerebral Spinal Fluid (CSF). A shunt was placed in the top of my head with a tube running to my stomach. After 5 weeks, I was released. I owe my life to Dr. Bajwa. THANK YOU Dr. BAJWA. DLM

Did surgery on my neck twice still not bettrr.

Dr Bajwa sent me for an MRI at Southern Tier Imaging where his son is a radiologist. Dr Bajwa never looked at the MRI, instead his son somehow diagnosed me with a pinched nerve. I didn’t have a pinched nerve, I had an infection in my spinal cord. Due to this I am now paralyzed.

Dr. Bajwa found a tumor on my brain that others had missed looking for. After opperating on me, I am nearly 100%. He gave me my life back.

Do NOT see Dr. Bajwa or anyone at UHS Neurosurgy. RUN (skip) away happily from this network of practitioners as fast as you can. A week after an epidural I am in A LOT more pain than when I went to see him and the physicians assistants did absolutely nothing when I called. They were oddly rude and couldn't even handle the simple task of having any concern etc. I actually got hung up on too, all while being polite! In hindsight, everything was very hurried and was not explained well, and some things not at all. I was told to sign forms right before the procudeure that I wasn't even given time to read etc. Very bad experience, very upset and in a TON more pain now. I'm going to my doctor to get another MRI and see what's going on now. There are a lot of other options out there. Avoid this place like the plague. Do NOT see Dr. Bajwa or anyone at UHS Neurosurgy. Absolutely awesome doctor

Dr bajwa a is a very good doctor.if I ever had to have surgery again I would want him to do it

Had C4-5 discectomy and fusion. Most successful orthopedic surgery . All pain, pressure and tingling , gone! No more 500 lb monkey on my neck. Great cologne as well. This Doctor rocks boys and girls excellent bedside manner

My daughter had back surgery with Dr. Bajwa. He is an excellent doctor and a kind and caring person. He went above and beyond to attend to our daughter in all the ways that matter. This is my first review I have ever published online but I just had to say thank you publicly to Dr. Bajwa....from the bottom of my heart- thank you! We appreciate you and your skill and devotion. Thank you to your staff and the nurses in the hospital as well.

The man did not use gloves when he dressed my surgical wound.

Saw Dr Bajwa. Was in a traumatic ca r accident and have sustained numerous other head trauma issues over the years. They ordered a CT of the head neck, c spine and lumbar. When I arrived and expected him to go over the scans, he literally said pick one of the 3. His time is too valuable. What a fake doctor. He looked at my single scan for about 60 seconds. All good according to him. I forwarded my CT and MRIs to laser spine institute of America. They said I would need 5 surgeries minimu

Dr Bajwa performed successful back surgery for both my mom and brother. He is extremely knowledgeable and highly regarded.

Dr Bajwa is extremely caring and treats his pts very well. He uses the least invasive approach first. Trying to give the PT the best outcome with the shortest hospital stay and easiest recovery. I truly wish he had been the first doctor I saw for my problem.
