The overall experience was exceptional! From the moment the appointment was scheduled to the moment I left the office. Dr Sadat and staff were phenomenal. They were professional, timely, knowledgeable, and affordable. Dr Smith took the time to listen and understand the reason I was seeking his expertise. Dr. Sadat Smith and World Health Wellness Center are an exceptional place of care for me after a rollover car accident that totaled my car and left me with injuries to my neck, back and hip on August 19, 2020. The facility was clean, followed all protocols for covid-19, timely and professional. I will be honest, I was not excited about getting a new doctor (I have a silent disability so I see many doctors) but the referral process by Call A Doc First and Dr. Sadat's willingness to see me immediately on a day that his office is usually closed spoke volumes about his dedication to his work. He assessed my injuries and created a medical plan of action that included my neurologist and neurosurgeon that sees me regularly. He listened intently and never tried to do more than what I as a patient was comfortable with or could handle. He gave me a workable timeline and we are meeting all goals so far. His assistant Dondi is nice and prompt to all concerns and needs. She ensured all paperwork was completed and did not even get mad when I ran late to appointments. I am grateful for Dr. Sadat Smith’s persistence for recovery and healing of the whole body and mind at a reasonable and affordable cost. I highly recommend all services! I realized my DOT physical was expiring within a few days and needed to schedule an appt asap. I called and explained my situation and the Dr scheduled me same day. Nice atmosphere, professional and thorough. Highly recommend.
