Firstly the front desk staff is courteous, quick, and patient. They are also quiet unless attending to patients. The phlebotomy staff is so wonderful and will always make me feel comfortable by chatting with me because I don't like having needles to keep my mind busy while being pricked. Dr. Badlani is spry, answers my questions with kowledge scanning his computer and will always clarify information that he has on file with me. He is a super doctor and firm when he wants me to follow doctors orders. He aslo takes my blood pressure himself as well as his assistant and my weight as well every visit. One VERY important thing happened recently...I misplaced my LEVOTHYROXINE MEDICATION BOTTLE in my apartment. My pharmacist said that she could not get an override until 3 weeks later to be filled. I placed a phone call to Dr. Badlani and my LEVOTHYROXINE MEDICATION I was taking for my hypothyroidism was filled IMMEDIATELY!!!! A great Internal Medicine doctor! He knew the importance of the medication to my condition. I am wholeheartedly and with knowledge and with appreciation recommending Dr. Sashal Badlani as an Internal Medical Doctor to anyone and I must say I speak with knowledge experience because I have been visiting him for approximately 5 years. staff is not rude very nice people that get everything done orderly, very good doctors, after putting our trust in his hands my grandparents health have been much better, wait time is not bad if you have an appointment. They are always willing to understand and diagnose any issue my grandparents have had leaving no stones unturned

Never. Rude and unprofessional. Wait times last between 2 1/2 and 3 hours AFTER appointment time. Treats patients for conditions he is not QUALIFIED for. Disgraceful.

I was very happy with Dr Badlani.

Don’t waste your time ,The staff there Awful ,very rude And very bad attitude. Worse place ever always taken 3/4 hours to see a patient , i’m sure there’s a lots of good doctors in New York City !

Dr Badlani is awesome and makes me feel like family when he Treats me, for that I’m grateful the front staff are not educated in the medical field due to their lack of professionalism and it shows. The rudeness would not be allowed in a private office. My second complaint is my insurance drops him twice a year. I’ve been waiting for 2 months for a call back. His staff does not give him his messages. As a patient I should be able to speak to my doctor without having to wait several weeks for an appointment, especially if I have a serious question concerting my ongoing health issues. Love this doctor.

I don't have 1 complaint! The staff was great and the Dr. spent a time answering my questions and gave me some great advice. Actually one of the best dr experiences i have ever had!

Worse place ever . Always 2/3 hours waiting time and the front desk receptionists are sooooo mean but the doctor is nice and experienced.

I'm giving this place 1 star because I have to rate it at least a 1 Him as a doctor. He is quite good at ordering tests and what not but he is a complete a-hole and basically makes you feel way more uncomfortable going to him in the first place. I don't understand how he still has a license personally, but he's apart of mount Sinai. So he's somewhat protected, I guess. In terms of the staffing there. AWEFUL. They are absolutely aweful and rude staff across the board. Attitudes for just saying hi. Attitudes for asking questions and attitudes for even being there. Honestly. I don't know how they are employed...but whatever. Moral of the story. Find someone else to go to or just go to urgent care and call it a day. Some Doctors are very good and friendly but the staff is awful, very poor customer service and very disrespectful, I wonder who runs this place??

The doctor is fantastic but his staff is rude and interrupts you when your talking and especially the one that sits right in the front when you walk in, they told me not to make an appt, I asked trust me. I thought it was odd, but I just came for the day I was told to come back and doctor is on vacation and front staff is pissed and extra rude about the mix up. Very unprofessional, I'll be looking for a new doctor, because of his very ditsy and ghetto front desk girl who should be fired immediately. Her job requires patience and customer service and some sort of people experience and tolerance which she completely lacks. Not happy with the service which is 65 % what I look for when choosing my physicians. Again, Dr Badlani is fantastic and sweet and smart, so if you can handle the attitude and 2 hour wait, the doctor is worth it, but not the first main front desk girl. last place on earth to go to. Wait time is terrible and no one explains you the reason. Staff are not helpful . I would not reccomand this place ....... 0/10.

This place is total scam.. they just go through all the exams without your knowledge and send u the bill at ur address...

Don't waste your time! Horrible care. There are thousands of better doctors in New York.

Horrible bedside manners and scheduling. Difficult in getting results. Doesn't return phone calls. Secretary is not very helpful.
