My personal experience with Dr. Sacha Obaid and his team could not have been any better! My mommy makeover results are seriously a billion times better than I had ever imagined was even possible and being only 4 weeks out since the surgery I’m completely shocked by how minimal the scars already look and without even any treatment yet! He is such an artist and I’m so thankful I chose him as my doctor because the results are completely life changing for me!! Also his team at the Southlake location is INCREDIBLE! They get back to me right away anytime I have a question (Meagan, Tina P, Laci, & Katie) and they have just been the most amazing and friendly people each time I’ve come in for my follow up appointments. Lauren and Emily who took care of the first few follow up appointments were the BEST!!! Lauren was so kind and patient with me in answering all my questions and Emily was so upbeat and cheerful which really helped me get through the suture removal! She always had a smile on her face and you could tell she really loves what she does! Monica Luna made the scheduling of everything so easy and really took her time to explain the whole process to me! Tina S, who took care of my pre op and helped with removing post op sutures was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable! Gabi took care of me the first night after the surgery and was just the absolute sweetest in helping me get through that rough first night! I don’t know how Dr Obaid managed to find such an unbelievable team but they are amazing and have made me feel so supported through out this entire recovery process and I will be forever grateful to each and every one of them!! ❤️

2 years later and tummy is still uneven after lipo (top abdomen is abnormally fatter and very uneven than bottom) never had kids so expected better results. Also scarred pretty bad on my groin area, which could’ve been avoided/prevented. I’ve had previous work at DPSI and never scarred so bad. Its honestly embarrassing to have such an ugly stomach.

My nasal cavity collapsed after my rhinoplasty. Now not only do I have a witch nose-tip overhang but I’m scheduling another surgery elsewhere so I can breathe out of my nose. The results were not at all what I expected. I just wanted to be able to breathe and have cute nose. It’s even more uneven now that it was before.

I have been to Dr. Obaid twice. I first did a breast augmentation revision as I wanted to go bigger. He was able to meet my goals and I did like that I had autonomy when it came to my goals. Because I had a great experience with my BA revision, I decided I wanted to use Dr. Obaid again for a mommy makeover. I am overall pleased with choosing Dr. Obaid as a plastic surgeon but I do wish I would have asked more questions about how he could have minimized my scars better. When I went back to have some of my sutures removed, a piece of one was not removed and I had to go back and have them re-cut out after they already started the healing process. I also have some scarring under my left breast that I'm thinking wasn't stitched up very well. To be honest, at the end of it all it seemed like they were ready to get to the next patient and I truly feel I could have had a better outcome as far as my scars go. Oh well too late now. Anyway, I think if you are just doing a breast augmentation you should be fine. As far as a mommy makeover goes, I would do some research and find someone else who has better stitching skills. I've had a mommy make over with Dr. Obaid since 2018. It's been 3 years now, for me, with the result that I have right now I give his works 3 stars. Besides those, he and his staffs were nice and friendly.

Okay, he's not just hype. Dr Obaid and his team are actually amazing. The only complaint I have is the time it takes to see him. But otherwise start to finish, its been relatively smooth, see my results on realself in a few.

My wife had been privately stalking Dr. Obaid's website and social accounts for years. He's the doctor that she wanted to perform her surgery. I should inform you that not only did she select him to perform her surgery but it included a full mommy make over including breast, bbl, Tummy Tuck, body tite, lipo to her back and thighs and I'm sure I'm forgetting something... but she was like, if I'm going to do it, then I'm going to do it. Her surgery was a complete success and her body is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The attention to detail was above mine and my wife's expectations. This man is a master at his craft. I know my wife feels like she's gotten the body that she wanted but I too benefited greatly. Dr. Obaid is just amazing. I went to him in 2016 for an augmentation and was absolutely in LOVE with the results. I honestly believe he is an artist. He is kind, and knowledgeable, and truly cares about you and your needs. The same thing goes for his staff. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the nursing staff, to the surgical staff! I developed a common issue and went back to him in 2021. Dr. Obaid insisted on doing my revision himself and once again I have been blown away by his level of skill and care. I can’t adequately describe the appreciation I have for him and his staff. Honestly, they are truly wonderful. Everyone is with you every single step of the way. Dr. Obaid and his staff at NTPS are the best. I’m extremely happy with my results and highly recommend them! The follow up care is phenomenal, they are quick to answer any questions or address any concerns. All of the staff are very friendly, energetic, and caring. 5 Stars all the way around!!!!

Worst consultation experience ever. First 10 minutes was spent with a nurse asking the same questions that had already been addressed on the initial paperwork. Then after a 35 min wait, and still not seeing or getting any feedback from the dr, we decided to leave. Upon exit we were told that he was in surgery, who knows how long that could have taken. Dr. Sacha Obaid is not just a plastic surgeon. He is a true artist and a master at his craft. His office is run meticulously. Every single person you come in contact with is kind and helpful. Dr. Obaid is there for you every step of the way. I came from out of state to see him. I was a little worried about that but there was no need. His nurses and staff are attentive and answer all question in a timely manner. I went into surgery alone and my nurses were so kind and kept me at easy. My night nurse Mary was amazing. ZERO STARS...Not worth my time and money. These people do not give potential customers the time over the phone for simple question. They kept me waiting a long time and eventually hug up without saying anything.

I was sent to this office in July 2019 for a 5 year follow up from Sientra, the company that manufactured my implants. This office and Dr. Obaid DID NOT perform my augmentation or my initial yearly follow up appointments. My office visit with Dr. Obaid was fine, the typical wait for a plastics office. Again, he performed no procedures on me. Trying to get the required paperwork sent back to Sientra was a huge hassle. The paperwork was not completed until February 2020, after many phone calls. Although I had a small bad experience, I am impressed with the effort in which the office went to correct my experience. I felt as if I had originally been given the run around by the office staff and after speaking with Cindy, I felt that she wanted to fix the issue and not just make me go away— that is incredibly rare for a medical office. I went in for a breast augmentation and it was the most outstanding experience!! Dr. Obaid not only reached out to me the night of surgery but also the following morning. The nurse also reached out to me to check on everything. They create such a comfortable environment and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I have now had a couple of operations with Dr. Sacha Obaid, and I can honestly say, this is the only plastic surgeon that I will ever go to! I am somebody who gets extremely nervous and scared before an operation. But somehow, every single time that I speak with Dr. Sacha Obaid, he has a way of just making you feel COMPLETELY calm and assured of everything. I think to myself, if anyone is going to operate me, I am glad he is the one. Dr. Sacha Obaid is such a trustworthy Doctor. He even called each time at night to assure me everything went perfectly, and to see how I was doing. I am so grateful for that. The whole nursing staff as well was absolutely lovely. Everyone made you feel 100% comfortable. I also think that the anesthesiologists that I met each time, were amazing. They both made me laugh, and feel a million percent unafraid of getting ready to go under the anesthesia. I seriously recommend this establishment to ANYONE. My best friend wanted a breast augmentation recently, and so I recommended this place to her. I told her the exact same things that I’m saying here, and a few months ago she went and told me I was right about everything!! She absolutely loved the experience as well!! Bad all the way around. Breast implant replacement & lift due to ruptured implant; not able to get to PA to original surgeon (augmentation & lift to perfection 10 years prior). Dr. Obaid had good reviews, appointments went well. Day of surgery, they "forgot" to get sizing and were fitting me for implants at the surgery center but did not have correct sizes. Surgery center was sterile waiting room w/ chairs. His surgery prior ran 2 hours late, thus my surgery started 3 hours late. Waiting addtl 3 hours on day of surgery in sterile room was good part. Following surgery (within days), I asked 10 xs why my breasts were so close together - no required post op bra. He assured me they would "relax" as he closed side pockets. My stitches opened up 3 times, and were resewn in his office; that was also good. He wanted addtnl 5k to separate my breasts that he screwed up, which are now butterflied together. Went back to PA surgeon for consult; will take 8 hrs of surgery to correct his botch.

I had a BA one week ago and I can NOT tell you how happy I am with my whole experience with North Texas Plastic Surgery. 1. I am in LOVE with my results thus far, 2. Dr. Obaid ROCKS & takes his time to understand your desired goals without rushing you, 3. The staff is AMAZING and so helpful and so knowledgeable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing Dr. Obaid is, along with his staff. I am now a year and half out of surgery. I am beyond happy with my results!! I was nervous about having a tummy tuck in his surgical suite vs a hospital, the suite was such a wonderful experience!! The staff was there for me every step of the way after my surgery. Daily check-ins and comforting when I needed it. As someone who works out all the time and does a lot of cardio I could not lose that subcutaneous fat. I could not be prouder of my newly shaped body. I actually went on a cruise in February and for the first time in my life wore a bikini at 58!!! As for my scar, I can barely see it anymore!! Love Dr. Obaid, Melissa, and staff! In fact, my whole family is in love with his beautiful work of art, truly an artist. Can't even imagine what I'd do without them. They have taken care of many of my family members and are many to come. You may be able to find tons of surgeons, yet there is nothing compared to how humble and kind hearted Dr. O is. Every time I see him I'm just amazed by his beautiful heart and work of art along with his attitude toward patients and even his staff members. I had breast augmentation done with Dr Sacha Obaid and I am happy with my results! The nurses, receptionist, everyone was positive and helpful. Dr. Obaid is not the type of doctor that will convince to go bigger, but my advice (coming from a petite patient) is to go at least 25cc bigger which may not make a difference but that’s just my advice. But overall I am SO HAPPY with my results! I told him the look I was waiting to achieve and he listened and made it happened! A couple hours after my surgery I took a pain killer and I felt weak etc and I called Dr. Obaid and he answered right away and he called me the next day to check on me, I never had a doctor called me personally to check up on me. Amazing in all respects.

I’ve never been made to feel more comfortable about a surgery. From my first consultation till now he and his staff as gone above and beyond to be helpful, honest and treat me with amazing care. I am 3 days post operation I feel extremely sore but nothing I wasn’t warmed about. I am medicated to keep me comfortable. I am swollen but I can see such and incredible difference.

I started my journey back in Oct 2016, I was looking for the perfect Doctor to do my BA. I had consults with a dozen doctors in my area and Dr. Obaids' office was on my list. I went in for my consult and met with Dr. Obaids partner Dr. Jon Ver Halen. From the moment I set up the consult to the moment I left everything was Great! The front of house staff was very kind and I cant brag enough about the Patient Coordinator Melissa (will get more into that later). Dr. Ver Halen sat and talked with me for almost 2 hours about what I wanted, concerns I had, and about an existing medical issue I have that would need to worked around. He didn't seem to care about the time it took or the crazy questions I asked, he just happily sat there and talked with me. When I left I was certain that he would be my PS but, I had to finish my list. But as soon as I did I went back to schedule my surgery with him. Oct 10, 2017 was my day for surgery and it went smoothly, I chose 450cc IDEAL implants. Recovery went even better. Melissa called and sent me text messages to check up on me and also let me call and text her when I had any concerns or questions. She didn't mind taking time to talk to me when she was off the clock. She is GREAT! When I started going in for my postop appointments I saw Dr. V. at first, but then found out that he would be leaving the practice to pursue other ventures. So, I continued my postop appts. with Dr.O. Through my 8 month time with him I decided that I wanted larger implants (my decision)! you know the old saying "its bigger in Texas" lol. I chose to go up to 700cc IDEAL implants and I had my surgery on June 5th 2018 with Dr. O. The days leading up to surgery were kinda crazy for me because I was starting to doubt my decision. But the girls in the office helped me clam down and talked with me about everything so when the big day came I wasn't nervous about my choice. Dr. O's bedside manor is second to none and the nursing staff that prepped me was fantastic. Im a week out now. Melissa is still checking up on me. I am back at work feeling great, not 100% yet, but ill be there soon enough. I can already tell I'm going to love my results once all the swelling goes down and my implants settle.... Dr. Obaid and his staff were so kind and helpful. He was at the top of my list when I was picking surgeons for my BBL and after I met him it was a done deal for me!! He was so helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I ABSOLUTELY loved the results i got. It was better than what I expected. I always love going to follow ups becuase they treat you like family. I had some skin complication after surgery due to my skin tone and Dr. Obaid was great on helping me deal with the complications. I just got off the phone with his patient coordinator and I was very offended with the way in which she handled herself. I was calling to schedule a consultation with Doctor Obeid because of the great reviews I have seen and was expecting to be treated with respect instead I was treated very poorly. I am not sure if the way I was treated was in regards to my ethnicity or my accent, but I found it very unprofessional. I was told upfront the price in a very condecending tone and asked if I was going to be the one responsible for the account. I am insulted with the way I was treated. I feel as though a consultation is necessary beforehand. If this is how his staff choses to treat potential patients, it might be in his best interest to reevaluate the staff he employ. After expressing my complaint I was told "We like to give as much information as possible up front to make best use of your time" ..My time? Or Doctor's time? Dr obaid did my sons cleft lip repair. He did a great job. The only thing i wish was that we were able to meet with him more during the appts. We only saw the nurses in his office after his surgery.

From my very first phone call with Melissa (patient coordinator / mentor and supporter for the overly concerned such as myself!) through the actual procedure was a pleasurable experience. Melissa went above and beyond to accommodate my busy calendar and even provided me with her cell number that I utilized more often than any person should! I had my consult last Friday and my procedure literally 7 days later. Meeting with Dr. Obaid and feeling his energy and confidence, I canceled all other consultations I had booked and immediately knew that North Texas Plastic Surgeons with Dr. Obaid and his staff was exactly where I wanted to be. It was trust from hello! Nurse Heather helped fit me into sizers and even the day of surgery Melissa and Lindsay put me back into sizers (I still wasn't sure the size I wanted) and gave me their honest opinions on what looked best for my body. I had my BA a little over a month ago with Dr. Obaid. I'm super pleased with my results! My augmentation looks and feels extremely natural, which was my goal. People who know me would probably notice the difference, but anyone else would never guess that I'd had cosmetic surgery. Dr. Obaid and his staff made the whole process easy and seamless, from my initial consultation to surgery and then throughout recovery. Post-surgery, Melissa always responded to my texts extremely promptly to answer all of the questions that popped up. (Yep, even after hours). All of the nurses in his practice are really nice and professional. Everyone makes you feel really comfortable. Dr. Obaid was the only surgeon I met with - although I had additional consults scheduled, after meeting with him I cancelled them all and immediately booked my surgery date before leaving. I'm not sure how their pricing compares to other places, but I felt like the price was affordable and after the fact I'd definitely say it was worth every penny and I'd totally do the whole thing all over again! Recovery was only slightly rough the first couple days, but I was able to return to work 1 week post-surgery. (Probably could have sooner, but I'm a baby and I welcomed the extra time off to take it easy!) The only negative or *semi* drawback is that for my initial consultation, as well as during followup appointments that the wait was a little longer than anticipated. I think it's because they don't rush anyone out the door though, they make sure each patient's questions/concerns are addressed during their appointment time. My husband did a great deal of research and I can tell you hands down Dr. Obaid has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this field. He is not only sharp, but he takes the time to connect with you. He is very professional, kind and caring. I love that he asks you what results you would like and he personalizes your surgery to meet all your needs and wants. He goes into detail on what to expect and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. Throughout the recovery he was available to answer any questions or concerns. He even provided his personal cell phone number to contact him at any time. I am amending a review I posted earlier in the week. I had originally given the office a 1 star rating because of the lack of communication and other factors (the original review is below). However, Dr. Obaid called me personally to rectify the situation. If only all Doctors cared this much about what a patient went through! Our case is a very small cyst that has to be removed from my son's head, and he could just as easily moved on to bigger cases. I am extremely impressed that he would take the time to call us and actually cares about what happens to my son. Original Review: If I could give this office less than one star I would. We had a consultation to remove a small cyst from my sons forehead on December 1st 2014. I was told that they would get back with me within a couple of weeks once benefits had been verified. I gave them over a month and when I still had not heard back I called and was told that someone would get back with me. Almost two weeks later still nothing. Called last Thursday and was told by the office manager that the person I needed to speak with was on the phone and that she would get back to me within the hour. 5 days later, I called again to be put on hold for almost 10 minutes only to be told that we have not met any of our deductible. I do medical billing and am well aware that we are over halfway to our deductible. I thought that after waiting this long at least the information would be correct. I was looking at my benefits page as I was speaking with her. Absolutely deplorable professionalism. Not even an apology. I guess that since we were not there for high end cosmetic surgery, we did not qualify for professional, courteous or even accurate service. I am amending a review I posted earlier in the week.
