Dr. Saad Al Alou

I am extremely disappointed at the approach that was taken to care for patients during this pandemic. My child has fever, throat hurts and has a headache. There is no way that she can be diagnosed through telemedicine. A urinalysis won’t be done, she has had reoccurring ear infections and her ears won’t be checked, she cannot be tested for strep. As a professional experienced doctor he should know the proper way to use PPE to avoid the spread of germs. I can understand if he would have clients wait in their cars and see one person at a time, but to completely stop visits just baffles me. As a doctor he took an oath to care for your patients. I will not be going back to his practice. I can’t believe a doctor would leave his patients during this time of uncertainty.

Dr. Alou and his staff are the best!! They are very nice people and they make the kids feel comfortable. Dr. Alou's attention to each child's medical history and his concern for the children is wonderful; he really cares about kids.
