Dr Payne shows more patience and care than any doctor I’ve had. I’m never rushed, everything is explained well and questions are answered. I feel 110% confident in his care. Dr Payne has gone out of his way to help me in any way. I’m grateful for him as my doctor. My wait time is always very reasonable and staff is kind

The people were great and they are located in a nice facility which is easy to get into and out of. I really enjoyed meeting with Dr Payne. Went there looking for a second opinion and he spent a lot of time with me going over my concerns and what he felt were my best options.

After two weeks of bad advice from another doctor, I was still in constant pain and still in a cast. A trusted friend suggested Dr. Payne and I called her office immediately. From that point I became a fan of her knowledge, skill, honesty, concern and game plan. She deserves more than 100% satisfaction.

Everyone I encountered at this practice was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Payne was kind and explained his diagnosis as well as his thought process in arriving there. He described a clear follow up path. I would recommend this practice.

Dr. Payne is the absolute best. She truly cares about her patients. She was the surgeon who reattached my bicep tendon after an accident. I am so thankful for the work she did, and the compassion and patience she showed. I will always appreciate her!

Dr. Payne is the best. We have been thru several situations and two surgeries, and there is none better. I also consider him my friend. While no one enjoys a medical problem, it is always a pleasure coming to GA, H, & S and knowing Dr. Payne is Here!

Most importantly is good customer Service and interaction with the doctor and nurse assistant that kept me abreast of my situation with a smile.

Impressive technology- caring doctor - effective diagnosis. Overall great experience- minor complaint about waiting time (30 minutes after appointment)

Outstanding!!! Very detailed yet very clear!! Gave me wrist relief when a doctor in a different major group didn't! After that, I saw him for a different problem with hand/finger. He pays close attention to the patient and is very thorough. I did not have to have surgery either time. I highly recommend Dr. Payne.

Dr. Payne is always very personable, professional and kind!

Dr. Payne has one of the best “bed side manners”. He listens, he cares and is an outstanding surgeon. He explains the entire process so you always feel comfortable about what is happening. His staff is always helpful for all situations. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Payne and Georgia Hand, Elbow and Shoulder!

Dr. Payne is wonderful and compassionate doctor. I actually expected pain after this surgery but have experienced very little. He has a great staff. Erica, my physical therapist has been wonderful.

When I visited the Georgia Hand office, from the front desk, nurses to Dr. Payne, I had a wonderful experience. They were all very friendly and helpful. Dr Payne was very patient and took his time to make sure all my questions were answered. Great Team!

I started seeing Dr. Diane Payne after an accident I had that compromised my left arm. Not only did she perform multiple surgeries that ended up enabling me to have normal arm function, but she also kept myself and my husband updated every step of the way. She makes sure her patients have a full understanding of their injuries and recovery times. I know I would not be where I am today in my recovery if I were not under Dr. Payne's care. Dr. Payne listens to you and takes time with you. I was never rushed and she always explained everything to me. I broke my hand and lucky for me a clean brake but I would highly recommend her. If I lived near Atlanta I wouldn’t see anyone else.

I was nervous, anxious, and overwhelmed entering the office at my first visit. Dr. Payne was thorough in his approach and made sure I had clarity on my treatment process before leaving. I also must mention the techs and nurses made me feel so welcomed. As a lupus patient, I have so many appointments and dealing with great staff helps the process go along much smoother. The office staff were very professional and seemed interested in my problem. The x-ray technician was very pleasant and even jovial. Dr Payne really listened and help me identify what my needs really were. It was great experience as far as doctor appointments go.

I had surgery on my left hand Dr. Payne put a pin in the knuckle of the missing finger and kept moving it up until I had a new finger and he even gave me a fingernail. His physical therapy staff is wonderful as well as his nursing staff. Thank you for giving me a beautiful finger back!!!! I came into the office very discouraged about my wrist but Dr. PAYNE CHANGE ALL OF THAT! He actually took the time to assess my wrist and talk to me about whats going on and the plan moving forward. The staff was friendly and very efficient. I definitely feel like I am in good hands.

Dr. Payne was veery carrying about my hand conditions. Unlike for former hand doctor wanted to do a 3rd surgery while Dr. Payne said hand need to rest in view of severe action from other 2 surgeries. I definitely would continue to use Dr. Payne but have moved from Georgia and trying to find a clone of Dr. Payne.

She has operated on my son (reattached his finger), treated my 15 year-old for a bruised patella, helped my husband with a torn meniscus, and supported me through a broken toe. The entire staff were courteous and efficient.

Professional, well informed, knowledgeable, mild demeanor intelligent and well informed.

Dr Payne is so skilled and knowledgeable- an expert at diagnosis and problem solving!

Organized and very well ran. There was a bit of a wait, but it wasn’t because of anything operational. There were just a lot of patients, which means they’re doing something right!
