Now in my 60's I have had extensive breaks and fractures over my lifetime. I wish that all could have been treated by Dr. Garcia. He has gathered some much knowledge about hand/wrist issues it is astounding. He is able to identify problems, explain how they developed, provide reasonable and understandable options for treatment and conducts follow-up sessions with easy to understand information. He is personable and professional at the same time. His easy going style makes a distressing situation easier to cope with. He is a real healer. Dr Garcia and staff were hands down the best anybody could ask for great all over experience

Dr Garcia is an excellent Dr. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. I live in South Carolina and its an almost 4 hr round trip drive to Charlotte and it is 100% worth it. I am being treated for trigger finger. I received a cortisone shot from a Dr in SC that was exceedingly painful. Dr Garcia has a method of injection that far less painful. I would recommend him to anyone.

Very competent, quick and friendly service.

When I needed expert help in a timely fashion, ortho Carolina Dr Garcia came through. The last time I broke a bone Dr. Gaston was my hero. After a preop visit with Dr. Garcia, he’s next in line. In spite of their busy schedule, this hand specialist has an office full of experts exuding calm respectful teamwork and wonderful bedside manner. Not to mention positive encouraging approaches, efficient care, and all of that spells hope and comfort. Thank you everyone, including Dr. Garcia and his amazing nurse Brook for taking care of me when I need it most! Looking forward to surgery tomorrow. Did I say that?! Kudos! I'm new in the area, therefore didn't know any medical providers. When I had my injury, an appointment was made with Dr. Garcia. From his administrator, Tina, to having the surgery, my experience was great. The entire staff was professional and Dr. Garcia explained the process beforehand, and also explained what took place during surgery, and what to expect after surgery. I knew he was the best after hearing him explained everything in detail. I'm looking forward to this recovery.

Dr. Garcia was very kind and considerate of my condition and offered me choices in order to get my hand better. He explained the x-rays and everything to me. He is a very good doctor and I highly recommend him.

Was seen almost right away and the doctor was very polite and really helped me to understand what was going on.

Many thanks to Dr Garcia and his colleagues for arranging emergency surgery for my 14year old son within two hours of our appointment. He was in so much pain and I’m forever thankful to you and your team for being so flexible.

I can't tell you how attentive Dr. Garcia is to all your concerns. He is a Dr that honestly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him to ANYONE that wants a dedicated Dr that does amazing work. I have a minimal scar that you really can't see unless you are looking for it.

I was referred to Dr. Garcia by another Ortho provider due to the complexity of fracture to my finger and how tiny the chips were that needed to be attached at the joint. The outlook that I would get mobility back in the joint was slim. I was prepared to only get 20 % movement back and to live with a stiff ring finger for the rest of my life. Due to the precision in which Dr Garcia attached the pieces and placed the anchor, I now have full Mobility. The key is not to rest on his amazing work, but to commit to rehabilitating yourself when he gives the word it is safe to do so. Dr. Garcia is tops in hands, hands- down! May 11, 2021 Surgery: RIGHT THUMB CARPOMETACARPAL ARTHROPLASTY WITH TENDON INSERTION USING ARTHREX INTERNAL BRACE Surgery performed by Dr. Garcia relieved the arthritis pain in my right hand. Dr. Garcia and staff at OrthoCarolina helped made the overall experience as pleasant as possible. I am pleased with the results and will eventually have him perform the same surgery on my left thumb.

Do not recommend. The doctor was not interested in reviewing my prior case history regarding my trigger finger. He refused to review my prior records and to learn about my healthcare needs.

Wonderful doctor. I have complete trust and confidence in his surgery. I have had great outcomes always.

Immediately got an appointment, images were taken on site, and a cast was put on me in less than 20 minutes. Professional, polite, kind, and efficient describes Carolina Ortho!!!!!!!

I have been under Dr. Garcia's care for trigger finger, which he recently performed surgery on, as well as another recent issue with my wrist. He and his staff are able to determine and diagnose the issue efficiently and advise of the next steps. Highly recommend.

Dr. Garcia has performed carpal tunnel treatment on both hands/arms and trigger finger surgery on my right hand over the last two years. All procedures were successful and brought great relief. Dr. Garcia is an excellent doctor that works to understand your challenges before providing customized suggestions for treatment. He gets it, I enjoy working with him.

Dr. Ryan Garcia is a wonderful, very knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate dr. with an exceptional bedside manner. He worked with vascular dr to remove a huge mass from my knee area and needed plastic surgery afterwards. He explained everything to where we didn’t have to ask a ton of questions. We trusted him and his ability to do what was needed because we felt he genuinely cared. We are so incredibly thankful for him! Would most definitely highly recommend!

Dr Garcia has been treating me for arthritis in my thumb joint. He is excellent in administering treatment, practical in advising me on options and has a genuinely compassionate manner in addressing my painful condition. I place complete trust in his professional advice.

Three months ago I came in for my left hand. I thought it was broken. I had some nerve damage so I went for a nerve test and it came back good then I got an MRI it came back good. I’m still having problems with it so I went in because they were helping me I thought. The last visit I got to see the surgeon and he said they don’t know what’s wrong so we are done here and you can see a pain specialist. Which that just hides the problem instead of fixing it.
