Dr. Ryan Dahlby Albright

Despite being an appointment during the pandemic, he still took the time to listen to everything I had to say, explain all of his thoughts, and allow me to ask all of the questions that I had. He also took my concerns and questions seriously. Minor flaw: his after visit notes had some minor errors/inaccuracies in them, which was a little frustrating (and means that I recommend checking yours after the appointment to make sure that everything is accurate!) Another minor issue is the difficulty of scheduling/getting in contact with family medicine: you can’t leave a message, so have to call early in the day and hope that the line isn’t busy. That being said, overall it was a good experience and I would recommend him specifically and Family Medicine in general.

Love Dr. Dahlby Albright! He is so good with kids and is so caring. Very knowledgeable.

Understaffed, unresponsive, limited and unpredictable office hours, no follow through, lackadaisical reporting of test results, no answering machine/service, need I go on??? Shame on Grinnell College for having a relationship with this doctor.
