Outstanding service by the staff AND great 1 on 1 with Dr Campano.

I came here to get ear lobe repair surgery. Dr.Campano showed amazing professionalism triple checking for contamination and proper sanitation with her staff. Which made me feel safe. She communicated very well on each step we were going to take before and during the procedure. I barely felt anything and the staff was great at keeping me distracted. Cant wait for my results! Definitely recommend.

I had trouble with my ears for so long, I went to see Dr. Campano this week and they are already progressing and feeling so much better! Her staff is amazing and very welcoming and Doctor is so sweet! She listens to all of my concerns and needs and made me feel so comfortable! Extremely professional and extraordinary. 10/10 recommend! I saw Dr . Campano last week, the 2nd week in Jan. 2023, Dr. Campano & staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Campano since 2013 when she was in the MOB at AVHMC. I saw her last week for an infection in my jaw which resulted from an abscessed tooth. She is always helpful in evaluating my condition and ordering additional tests to make sure my treatment has been effective. In the past she has scoped my throat and sinus to see why I had chronic sinus infecitons. She has helped me with my sleep apnea problems and throat infections. Dr. Campano is a good friend to have in your corner when it comes to complicated health care issues!

Dr. Campano was lovely, very professional and made me feel at ease. I went to her for some cosmetic procedures and will be returning for more. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been going to Dr. Campano regularly for 8 years. She just gets better and better. I go to her for Botox, fillers, cool sculpting and laser treatments. She is so gentle and honestly we are Lucky to have her. I’m 64 and only trying to look my best. When I go to her I tell her how much I can spend and she decides what would be best. She’s super nice and her staff are great. She also has spa days. You can ask the girls working up front and they will tell u when the next ones are.

I wish I could give this Dr the recognition she deserves! She is best Dr I’ve found in LA county ! Scheduled an appointment with Dr. Campano's office for checking out my sinuses. When asked about the cost of the visit, the receptionist stated that they could not provide that information until after the visit and the procedures are already performed, that way they could bill to insurance for cost. Would also not provide procedure code (or whatever its called) for insurance to inform me of amount. If cost is no option, then I'd give it a chance! Otherwise, go elsewhere. While the receptionist was not helpful information wise, they were professional. Definitely reason for my 2nd star ** 06/14 edit: ** Editing so that i may appropriately reply to owner comment. I asked your receptionist for the general cost, no insurance, consultation fee. I assume when someone sees you for your medical advice/attention, there is a billing code. As for the range, the receptionist also did not provide me with that after requesting it either. Nor did your receptionist provide the billing code so i could provide it with my insurance company (whom i had on the phone while at the desk). Given this information, i confirmed with her that 1st, i must agree to your contract, that 2nd i would be subject to whatever billing codes decided on prior to my approval, based on the treatment/ consultation, and 3rd, that even without insurance and paying out of pocket, the cost was unknown until after the visit. There were no complexities. I simply wanted to understand what charges possibly would be posted and their amounts since i knew i would be paying out of pocket. Thank you for the reply, still disappointed and hope you're team can receive proper information over this incident for future clients. As mentioned in review, unknown costs, especially with medical treatment are concerning and the lack of disclosure when asked are basis for review. My daughter put something in her ear. After confounding two doctors they referred her to an ent. Dr. Campano was amazing and very understanding of how scary the doctors office can be for a 7 year old. She was comforting and the procedure went off without a hitch. Would take my family back to see her anytime.

Incompetent staff. Rescheduled my appointment for 30 minutes after the original. Was there for the original. Absolutely no patients coming or going. Demands you where a mask but doesn't provide one. Requires a physical copy of insurance card but doesnt make you aware of that until your there. Unable to look up policy even when provided the policy number. I have survived breast cancer and felt terrible about myself. i could not even look at myself in the mirror. Dr Campano, in her perky and friendly way, said that she would make it her mission to try to have me like looking at myself again. We started with Botox and then filler and some laser work. If I could give no stars I would. All this doctor cares about doing is facial rejuvenation, not helping you hear! I went to her because I'm having a hearing problem, not because I want to do my skin. I was so angry. The doctor left and the office girl sat at he front desk and gave me a hearing test. I was left in the room alone. She YELLS from her desk 'I don't hear you pushing the button!' I love Dr Campano! I get botox here and she is very gentle and kind. She never tries to oversell me or anything! And I love that I can use my alle coupon points! I had coolsculpting done with them as well but I don't really recommend that as I didn't really see clear results with that.

I have been coming to Dr Campano for more than 10 years. I'm not going to give away my secrets however, her products are fantastic and her staff is Justice great. I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. 100 % the absolute worst ENT ever. Stay away!!!! Entire office is incompetent!!! Go look at her Ridgecrest office location review. She honestly needs her license pulled. Office staff is unprofessional incompetent people as well.

I cannot speak for her plastic surgery, but I can speak for her ENT "skills". 5 years ago my mom went to Dr. Campano after having issues with Vertigo for a few months. Dr. Campano said that her "crystals" in her ears were messed up so she gave her some "exercises" to do that would help them go back into place. After a few weeks of it not helping we decided to go across the street to Dr. Jackson. He immediately ordered an MRI. We saw him on a Tuesday, got an MRI by a Thursday, and were called on Friday to tell her that she needed to see a Neurosurgeon. Come to find out that next Monday she had a tumor on her brain stem and she was in surgery by that Thursday. We found out it was CNS non-hodgkin's lymphoma and had she not gotten the surgery and started chemo short after she would have died. So if you need an ENT don't go here. Even if she may be covered on your insurance, go across the street to Dr. Jackson because your life may depend on it. I took my mother to her appointment this morning. She is an older lady- not easy to be transporting her for her Dr. appointments; as soon as we got there on time the receptionist said that the Dr won't be there until sometime next week, no calls ahead to let us know about it. They called you and told both of you. Neither of us got a call. no voice-mail, nothing. Then she said oh and by the now you can only schedule for Tuesdays and Thursdays... Really??? This was my cancer check up! I explained my ride concerns and time of pickup! I don’t drive now. The check up went well. I love Dr. “C”.

YES! Dr campano is always professional attentive and caring. And that's every visit.

Dr Campano was hands down terrible. I would never ever go there again. From the 1 hr wait (which she unapologetic explained as being the norm) to the 3 minute consultation just to prescribe an antibiotic for a wrongly diagnosed ear infection. She then recommended a non-insurance covered $4600 plastic surgery for what she "diagnosed" by looking into the ear for 20 seconds. Then she wanted to prescribe Prednisone (which the chart shows I'm highly allergic to). Not even worth my $30 co-pay. We ended up going to see Dr Jackson in Lancaster and we were blown away by his knowledge, approach and professionalism. He actually has the necessary equipment to diagnose correctly. And he didn't leave a single stone unturned until he got to the bottom of the problem. He also spent a good 50 minutes with us during our consultation. The office is extremely well run. There is no long wait and the staff are perfect. Doctor Campano is gentle, thoughtful and has a sense of humor. Although there are not a lot of laughs in the sinus infection department. Glad I found her.

I enjoy her special beauty days. The office is conveniently located and plenty of parking. Her office is open late and she is a hard worker. Very good and very personable. Very talented and a huge amount of services available. Of course, she takes a lot of different insurances but my insurance company doesn't take special treatments so I have to be budget-minded and her prices are very good and they takes credit cards.
