Dr. Swann is a very nice person & his staff is great. It was my 1st visit & was very pleased.

Dr Beau Swann did my cataract and lasik surgery and it went so smooth. I purchased the upgraded lens and I do not need glasses. I can read the newspaper and magazines, I can see the computer screen and everything is bright and colorful. Thank you Dr. Swann and team for your great service. Ed Passalugo

For 10K cataract surgery should include lens replacement for your eyeballs.

I left my job, as a teacher, early to arrive for my 2:20 appointment 15 minutes early. Waited over 1 hour 30 minutes for a follow up appointment, with one person in the waiting room.

Started a surgery on my husband which needed more surgeries and now all of a sudden the insurance no longer covers and so he is stuck loosing his vision and he not an elderly person her is 34 years old

During the visit I was asked personal questions that are none of their business. Some questions they ask is unwarranted for a medical history. People, do not answer this crap! Regarding my wife last year, the intake girl demanded my wife's social security number. EVERYONE MUST TELL THESE VIOLATING IDIOTS, IT'S NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION! Refuse to give it! At the end of my outrageously expensive visit, I was enclosed in a small room with his rotting teeth and halitosis. Sick for an hour afterwards and wanting to throw up after running out.

In previous appointments, I had to wait up to 2 hours to see the doctor. This visit was more prompt, but very rude. The doctor spent less than five minutes with me, told me I had dry eyes, and abruptly left the room. I did not know about such a diagnosis until I read the Mayo website and realized that it is a condition that I need to understand. No explanation was given to me. Upon his exiting the room, a very rude assistant rushed me to the front desk with instructions for eye care. Again, no explanation. I asked how long I was to do this and she very flippantly said, "The rest of your life" whereby she turned and left me. Of course, they were able to sell me nearly $100 worth of products with no explanation of what they were, side effects, etc. Never will go back!!!!

I had cataract surgery on both eyes. I can't believe what a difference it made. I couldn't have asked for better treatment either in the office or at the time of surgery!

He is great at taking care of patients that other doctors can't find the answer for. He helped me when no one else could. He doesn't have the best bedside manner but you can trust that He is so well trained and experienced that He will help you save your eyesite if it is possible!

If youre looking for top notch treatment he is THE guy. I have had glaucoma for 5 years and to be honest I would sometimes forget to do the drops. He took the time to explain why its important to consistently use them and how irregular use affected me. His staff were also very nice. I am still not used to getting the pressure taken and they work with me everytime.

Because they can make a difference, my mother had cataracts removed from both eyes and she sees better than she did before the surgery the surgery was well done, he's the best.

My experience was horrible I waited for an hour after the assistant Becky did her exam. When dr.swann and a different assistant finally came in both were rude. His exam probably took 5 minutes. I feel like they thought I was waisting their time. .

As a patient of Dr. Swann and Dr. Strange, I am thankful for their care, compassion, and professionalism. The doctors completed my LASIK in March 2016 and it has changed my life. I can see!!! The doctors and their team were responsive before and during the procedure and in follow-up!

Knowledgable staff, great optical shop, and doctors who offer excellent medical care! The office is beautiful and since eye exams take so long it's nice to have such lovely surroundings. Also I really appreciated the billing department's understanding of my health insurance coverage. My insurance plan has changed and they helped me understand what my exam would really cost. The money that I spent there was well worth every penny.

The office staff was horrible. Worst customer service I have ever encountered when it comes to arriving for an appointment. The wait time was about an hour so I left and never had the opportunity to see the doctor. Would not recommend to anyone
