Dr. Russell Brian Stoch

I highly recommend Dr. Russell Stoch! He is a good man, a great Dr and very kind. I went to him because I was having upper tooth pain in the back of my mouth for months. My dentist couldn't help me and I just knew something was wrong and I needed a root canal. Dr. Stoch's staff very kind and helpful. Dr. Russell did not see any need for a root canal and took the time with me to talk about stress in my life and how just clenching my jar and cause so many issues. This wonderful man took the time to just talk with me about how to stop clenching my teeth and how important it is to wear my night guard and more. He could have just said sure we can do a root canal and I would have never known. But this Dr took the time with me and I no longer have any pain. Just a wonderful man! God bless him.

Absolutely the best .. I have major anxiety when it comes to dental work.. the small team ..fully professional and they made me feel at home... I was not a number to them.. 5 plus stars ????

Went to see this doctor when I was in pain from a root canal that had been done by Habashy dentistry. That is another story. Took his X-rays and said he needed X-ray from prior dentist which was Habashy. Took $300 from me. I was up front with him and told him I had positional vertigo and that I would not be able to go completely back in a dentist chair because of that. Proceeded to say that he wouldnt be able to do the procedure but then proceeded to tell me about his experience with vertigo and how terrible it was. Never heard back from him after I had X-rays sent to his office. Waste of my time and $300. Won’t get any referrals from me. I found myself in need of root canal treatment for the first time. I did not know what to expect, but I have to say Dr. Stoch was absolutely amazing!! I was completely comfortable throughout the treatment and after! I’m so thankful for Dr. Stoch and his awesome team!! Thank you for giving me the best care!!! ????

Dr. Stoch was highly recommended to me when I moved to the area from the west coast. I went to see him initially because my general dentist suspected that I needed a root canal. I sought Dr. Stoch's opinion and I am glad I did, he assessed everything and determined that I did not need the root canal. Fast forward a few years….. my 8 year old son had a bike accident and broke two teeth. The dentist told us to first see an endodontist to make sure the root and nerves didn't have any damage. We called Dr. Stoch's office and they arranged to see my son the next day. Besides being professional, experienced and knowledgeable, he and his staff were extremely friendly and made my son feel at ease while taking x-rays and 3D images. Luckily my son didn't need a surgical procedure. Dr. Stoch uses state-of-the-art equipment to make sure you have the correct diagnosis and avoid any unwarranted procedures. I can't recommend him enough to anyone looking for an honest and excellent endodontist in the north Palm Beach county area. Dr Stoch is very kind and excellent at complex endodontic procedures. I have an old bridge anchored by two root canals on my lower right. I am missing teeth in lower left due to failed implants. When one of my bridge anchors developed an abscess it was imperative to save the tooth. He did it! As far as I am concerned, Dr. Stoch is a miracle worker!
